This place was absolutely amazing! Me and my other friends who stayed with me were super happy and was a great spot for us to go to for a day. The one thing I would say I was concerned about was the water pressure when showering. Personally, we did not care but maybe other guests that will use to airbnb might. But it did not ruin our trip and we did not bat an eye for it. Amazing place and I would definitely use again!

Will definitely book again! Our favorite pub is just downstairs and there are plenty of places in walkable distance, even a CVS which was very helpful! Like others said, the check in process seemed confusing at first but the host provides very clear instructions so if you follow those, you’ll be totally fine. The apartment was clean and well decorated with a balcony that provided a great view. The bed was AMAZING - some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while. Included parking is a huge plus, especially if you plan on walking around downtown. Can’t wait to visit again!

Within five minutes walk to Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. Beautiful views of the Dallas skyline. Place is spacious and has all the amenities you could wish for. There was an issue with the lock code on our door working—it made us a little nervous as the owner is not on site. But their communication was super quick and the issue was resolved within 20 or so minutes. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was amazing. Near a lot of great restaurants and bars. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The rooftop is the cherry on top of it! Ryan was a responsive host as well. Looking forward to staying again when we can!

Had a great time! My girlfriend and I stayed for a weekend in Dallas and loved the vibe of Uptown and how walkable it was. The area was amazingly clean and modern for a big city. We did struggle with not enough guest parking (not really their fault and only on weekend nights) and there wasn’t available parking on the street but we ended up with free street parking just a couple streets over. Nice since the city is so walkable.

I stayed at Quang’s place long term and it was a wonderful stay. I didn’t need for anything as the house was fully equipped and just as described in the pictures. Everything was clean and I had plenty of space. The desk helped a lot, working from home. The location is perfect. Close to downtown and other fun, local cities. Overall, a better than expected stay. I would absolutely recommend staying at any of Quang’s properties.

Very relaxing stay. There is gated parking and overall location is in a safe area. Close to several attractions downtown. The apartment was clean and very easy to access. Having a safe, relaxing spot to stay is essential for a good vacation and this spot delivers.

The team and the place was great. Communication was great and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The rooftop bar is awesome for great cocktails and some food. It was our anniversary and we had an amazing dinner at the Monarch a block away. So much to do and see within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Saif was such a great host and was super responsive. The place was easy to find and easy to get into. The place was so clean and immaculate. I enjoyed being able to utilize the spacious kitchen and the patio was so nice to go out and unwind on. The place was close to everything that I had planned over the weekend so the location was perfect. Thank you Saif and everyone for being such great hosts and for being so accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a modern space that’s close to the many Dallas attractions. 10 out of 10 ⭐️ rating!
