Welcome to rent our cottage in one of the best locations of Branäs. In the middle of Björnbacken with 10 meters to the piste is Aspen 11 which can accommodate 12+2 people. The lift outside the cabin takes you to the top from where you reach the entire ski system. A modern cottage of 120 m2 that has 5 bedrooms, 3 with double beds and two with bunk beds with wide base and a sofa bed. Large outside area facing towards the hill. The cabin is smoke and pets free. Final cleaning not included in the rental price but available for purchase separately.

Gubbmyren's cross-country ski track is only 100 meters from the house with loops of 5, 7 and 10 km. The cottage with nice mountain architecture is perfect for those of you looking for a comfortable accommodation with room for the larger company.

The cottage has an open plan between kitchen, dining area and living room. Parking is available for two cars directly adjacent to the cottage. 2 km to Lindvallen center where you will find restaurants, also rhythm swimming and lovely skiing.

There you will find everything you might need for a fast-paced holiday such as downhill skiing, downhill, paddle, cinema, adventure swimming, spa, gym, yoga, etc. After a day on the slopes, you can sit in the sauna and enjoy the peace.

Observe that during wintertime: Mid-December until the last of April, only weekly rentals are possible. Change days are Saturdays. This basement cabin contains all you need for a pleasant stay summer or winter. charger for EV vehicles. You're allowed to keep pets in the cabin but keep the dog or cat on the floor, not in the beds and couch. Smoking is ABSOLUTELY forbidden indoors. The fireplace and sauna keeps you warm. Please note that bed linen and cleaning are not included but can be arranged at a fee if desired. The house is located at the foot of the mountain. In winter ski in/ski out. In summer hiking, biking & fishing in total tranquility. Only rented by the week Sunday to Sunday in winter/peak season.
