One of our best AIRBNB stays we ever had. Wonderful place right at beach front with very traditional design luxury house with ample space which oozes class. It allowed tranquility and peace away from bustling city life. Totally recommended for those who seek a quiet serene place to unwind.

Clean, Easily Accessible, Private, Great location. Host was proactive and checked with us on our arrival time, any particular requests we had on arrival. very spacious stay which our 2 year old boy enjoyed, since he had a lot of space to run and play around. kitchen was clean, neat and had everything we needed for cooking a quick meal or beverage. bathrooms were spacious and clean. balcony had a great view of the sea. Beach was clean, safe and very less crowded. Food is available on demand and has to be ordered from 2 nearby restaurants.I will definitely plan to stay here on our next visits. That being said, due to very close proximity to a religious place, one of the nights during our stay, there were some locals bursting firecrackers, probably due to a village festival, all through the night up until 3 or 4am which disturbed our sleep. Not sure if the host could have done anything about this, but it definitely spoiled our night with the kid constantly waking up by the noise.

Nice home with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Very peaceful, clean and comfortable to stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful gave us the utensils to use since there was no kitchen facilities. Morning we were served with complimentary breakfast which was very delicious. Very very beautiful house, we really fall in love with the house. Highly recommended host. Thanks alot

The stay is fantastic in terms of maintenance, amenities and perfect for our group of 10. Pratiksha was perfect host, being super attentive and well-responsive. She was able to help us out in terms of local information as well. Her cats & dogs were a big hit in our group. Would definitely visit this stay again!

What a Host and What a Stay! From the moment we checked in, Mr. Sharath’s warm interaction made us feel like guests in their home. I’ve stayed in a few coffee estate stays before, but Chittaki was truly special. We were a group of friends seeking a peaceful 2-night break, and we got more than we expected — a beautiful, independent home surrounded by nature, away from city chaos. The terrace and living room setup were perfect to unwind. The homemade food was delicious, and the bonfire and barbecue arrangements were spot on. What made it even more enriching was learning about coffee’s history and the journey planters has to go through. The estate tour was the cherry on top. A big thanks to Saurav for crafting the perfect menu and guiding us throughout. After a long time, we felt this close to nature. Highly recommended for anyone looking to disconnect and truly relax.

Completely worth the money. The place was extremely clean. The bathrooms and the kitchen were spotless. The host was also helpful and friendly and let us have a small bonfire in front of the house. It looks just like the pictures and is located in a beautiful green area. They also have some very pretty flowers planted in their yard. It is a closed off compound so it’s very private as well. It’s their main home though, so please be considerate when you stay here.

We had an fantastic stay at the misty barns. We were surrounded by lush greenery and the misty mornings were truly magical. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, our party had people with multiple dietary restrictions with nut allergies and they ensured that all the food either contained no nuts or a nut-free version of the dish was provided with the regular version. The estate itself is as advertised in the pictures, it was very spacious and our dog had a great time running around and exploring the entirety of the place. Overall, our experience exceeded all expectations. The hospitality was excellent and everyone we interacted with were genuinely nice people! Shout out to the kitchen staff and Partha for making us feel at home.

Let me tell you about my incredible experience staying at Shruti's place in Kerala. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the best architecture. The highlight of my stay was the beautiful swimming pool on the property. It was absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush greenery and offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The property was accessible to the town of Kanhangad and the surrounding beaches. This place is perfect for the quiet atmosphere away from the city hustle and bustle.

If I can give more than 5 star, I must have given that. It's more than fantastic. We received all kinds of help even before we asked for it. Ashit and Preetha was always connected through WA, Rakshit the best manager, and Dinakar and Vikas served as the best food in a very reasonable cost. I with my family and two fur kids enjoyed a lot. Thank you for everything. Wish to come back again in near future.

We had a wonderful stay here in the villa. Highlights were the beautiful villa, location and Jacuzzi. The food was really tasty. We tried lot of different dishes and all were really delicious. The estate is quiet and private. The staff was really helpful throughout and were available all the time. Highly recommended for some peaceful time.

It was a lovely stay with great rooms. I loved the attics and the living room.

This space is pretty amazing with the high ceilings and incredible furniture . It’s been made with a lot of taste and understanding of the space that it’s been built in. I wish the host provided a TV for longer stays , where you could watch a movie with the family. Also the kitchenette is missing a sink which would be good to have instead of always asking the staff to provide utensils . A ceiling fan on the upper bedroom would be great too. Otherwise , this is one of the most spectacular properties I’ve stayed at !
