This place is a gem. Beautifully renovated and decorated. So clean and tidy I thought maybe I was the first guest, until I saw all the happy comments in the guest book. Donald is absolutely a top-tier host. Will definitely be back.

Luxury Glamping Pod 1

JennyRating, 5 stars6 days ago
The host, Arthur, is the sweetest man and greets you upon arrival and explains the pods. There is a "shed" with toys and "extras" like a washer and dryer for guests. The pods truly have everything you need and more! The fridge was stocked for us and we felt right at home! The loch across the road was beautiful. It was peaceful and an amazing stay. We loved it and cannot recommend the pods enough. Truly, this is a beautiful slice of heaven and the hosts are truly humble and kind folks. We felt right at home and our son had a lovely grassy fenced in area to run and play. We loved being so close to historical ruins, the main town for shopping/meals, and just a wee bit of a drive for the beaches. The island itself is spectacular. The hosts have a great book they put together of all things of the island - of sites, restaurants, shops, and the like. So you will know what to do even if you forget your travel book!

Taigh Chaluman, Croft House Breasclete/Callanish

Superb accommodation, exceptionally clean and very highly maintained. Fantastic location with stunning views over Loch Roag towards Uig. Close to the major historical sites and only 30mins from Stornoway. Lovely local craft shops nearby, Hebridean Soap and Dancing Flowers to name a few. I would highly recommend this special property as a great base to explore the beautiful Island of Lewis. Vince Jones Arbroath

We really enjoyed our stay, what a beautiful location! One thing we really appreciated was the large selection of dvds on one rainy evening.

Cosy + relaxing coastal cottage - sleeps 2

CristineRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The Old Croft House is a gem! The location is special, and hosts Lynda and Shaun are exceptional. I stayed two weeks, giving me plenty of time to hunker down in a storm and enjoy the cottage, then get out and see the sights of West Lewis. Lynda and Shaun live locally which is a real benefit if you need anything. Also, they’re exceptionally nice people. I loved my time at The Old Croft House!

Modern Static Caravan in Shawbost - Isle of Lewis

AngelaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Really spacious luxury caravan, great beds and power showers, good kitchen. Nearest shop is few miles away and knowing Lewis we took a Guosto! Iain on hand if anything needed, which it wasn’t. It’s on a campsite so be prepared to have vans parked around you but was ok for us. Second visit to this beautiful island and we will be back and would stay here again

Seal View Lodge Isle of Harris

BarbaraRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Our stay at Seal View Lodge on the Isle of Harris was simply wonderful. The lodge is beautifully private and quiet, surrounded by stunning nature—a true little paradise. Watching and counting the seals every day was a real highlight and brought us so much joy. The lodge is perfectly equipped, from the kitchen to the telescope—nothing was missing. We also enjoyed some fantastic hikes on Harris, which made our trip even more special. A big thank you to Chris, our very friendly and attentive host, who made us feel so welcome. We highly recommend Seal View Lodge to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in nature!
