Above the castle village of Altleiningen, between oaks and locusts, two high glass gables rise. Modern wooden construction with light-flooded rooms and panoramic views over the valley. Polished concrete, raw wood formwork, lacquered steel, colored glass, brushed brass, designer furniture and antique regional paintings create an aesthetic between a simple mountain hut and lively, trendy modernity. “Natural wellness” in the large garden with sauna, cooling trough, sun terraces and panoramic sunbed.

Welcome to the beautiful wine village of Großkarlbach and to our small guest apartment. Idyllically located by the stream, these two rooms offer an ideal starting point for a small tour through the Palatinate - whether for hiking, drinking wine, celebrating a wedding or for a family vacation. Within walking distance are restaurants, wine bars and many wineries and culturally Großkarlbach also offers a nice program, such as the Long Night of Jazz. Families with children are very welcome.

Welcome to `Maison Cassis´, a bright and quiet holiday apartment in a charming period building in Ludwigshafen-Oggersheim. The nearby Maudacher Bruch nature reserve invites relaxing walks in green surroundings. Mannheim, Heidelberg and the Palatinate Forest are easily accessible. The apartment accommodates up to two guests and features a private entrance and garden area. A bakery, supermarket and tram stop are just 150 metres away. Lakes, an outdoor pool and restaurants are close by.

In front of our listed house from 1724, located in the heart of the old wine village of Hambach, the fountain of the church square splashes, overshadowed by the old chestnut tree. Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley. We are happy to open our bright, charming apartment, equipped with every modern comfort, for anyone who wants to explore the Palatinate. We offer a delicious breakfast with homemade products separately.

Welcome to our bright and cozy basement apartment! The apartment is idyllically located directly on the vineyards and offers a quiet retreat for two people. The apartment features a comfortable double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and an inviting living area. Large windows provide plenty of light, so the apartment looks pleasantly bright despite the basement location. Perfect for nature lovers, wine lovers and anyone who just wants to switch off.

Beautiful, large apartment in two-family house in traffic-calmed zone/play street for up to 4 people. Large west balcony overlooking the vines. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Directly behind the house, the vines begin, an ideal starting point for many hikes. In the evening, you can end the day in the village in various restaurants and wine bars. - All rooms with windows - Wallbox (11 kW) - Very well insulated roof!

Blaue Villa Pfalz - OG - a dream for couples!

We built the Blue Villa to make people happy: first our children and now our guests who enjoy the incredibly peaceful and relaxed atmosphere and the breathtaking view. The upstairs apartment is a gem for couples who want to be completely alone. Lovingly furnished with lots of natural wood and a kitchen where cooking is fun. Under the canopy of an old oak tree lies your private terrace with another 18 sqm. Tree house feeling!

Great apartment, central yet quiet!

The spacious room, equipped with a small kitchen and a double bed, invites you to relax. The daylight bathroom leaves nothing to be desired and the adjoining balcony is perfect for enjoying a glass of Palatinate wine on warmer days. A sofa bed is available for families with children. Upon arrival, there is a tourist tax of €2.00 (per night) per adult and €1.00 for children aged 14-18 years. Children up to 14 years are free.

Time out in the "Alte Post" first floor

The apartment "Alte Post" takes its name from the original use of the premises. Around 1960, this historic building was used as a local post office and "Tante Emma" store. Now walls were pulled in, breakthroughs were created and stairs were demolished to create an ultimate living space. After an extensive and time-consuming renovation with my personal touch, I am now happy to welcome guests to one of the two apartments.

Ideally located for excursions to the wine route or the Palatinate Forest.
