The house is bordered by a wooden fence and situated in a private area of 9000m2, where frogs, foxes, hares, deer and birds are your only visitors. There are two lakes in the area; Budziszewskie and Włókno – both about 3km away. Włókno has a beautiful sandy beach.

In the attic there is one large room and a bathroom with shower. The house is located in a quiet area, near the lake Rusałka, 6 km from the center, 300 m from the bus stop. Bikes are available. In the garden you can relax on the terrace and make barbecue. There's a sandbox and a treehouse. Parking for 2 cars. WIFI available.
