There is one queen bed, one full bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, and a twin. All of which can accommodate a total of 7 guests. Chipley is located off I-10. It is a 55-minute drive to the beach and a 45-minute drive to Dothan, AL. Falling Waters State Park is 3 miles away. Caverns park 15 miles. No pets and no smoking allowed. Home is sanitized between guest.

You can enjoy a massive fireplace, cathedral ceiling with cypress beams, and a large sun-room offering a wonderful view of the lake, two miles from Seminole State Park & landing for boats only 1/8 of a mile from house. The lake is perfect for all boating activities including fishing, skiing, and pulling kids on tubes. Truly perfect for everyone!

"The Clubhouse", Pvt Apt w/Master BR & Kids Loft

I spent 2 years custom building this apartment to be used exclusively as an Airbnb rental. It was handcrafted using tongue and groove pine milled here in Alabama. All of the oak and pine trim were milled in Virginia using my stepfather's personal sawmill with lumber harvested both from my property here in Alabama, and my families property in Virginia. Even the door\drawer pulls and switch plates were hand forged in PA by an Amish guy at his home forge in his basement.

These bouncing bundles of joy are guaranteed to make you smile! We also have chickens, peacocks, honeybees, and even a pig. We are near Tallahassee but in a rural area, down a bumpy dirt road, but we promise the trip is worth it. Kayaking and hiking right off the property, plus beautiful sunsets on the lake.
