The place is identical to the photos! Safe, clean, well-equipped and quiet condominium. The apartment is cozy, everything is very clean, equipped with essentials and super functional. The host was super kind and friendly, giving clear and objective answers, and responding super fast! I'll be back again. I traveled for work, but I plan to return with my family. Spectacular!!!

Spacious and cozy property. It has a clothes dryer. Entrance to São Lourenço park on the corner, plus a huge swing in a tree in front of the house. Space to store two passenger cars. I highly recommend it! We had three children and we all enjoyed the place a lot.

The apartment is well located, close to a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and the Curitiba/Estação malls. Everything was very clean, new and organized, I felt like I was at home. The host is very helpful, and helped with what was needed. I'd come back again next time.

The apartment is very functional and was very clean. Communication with the hosts was easy and they responded fast to our queries. The check-in process was also easy. Location is good as it's between the centre and Batel, and not too far from the bus station. The view from the small balcony is also nice. If we ever return to Curitiba, we would stay again.

Our stay was extremely lovely. Marli was attentive and quick to answer all my questions. One of the main reasons we chose this place was the flexibility they had regarding check-in and check-out. In addition, the building is super safe and well located, close to bakeries, restaurants and the bus station. It is also worth saying that the view from the apartment is beautiful! Excellent apartment and great location. Would stay again. Blackout shades, smart TV, everything you could want in the kitchen (except a drip coffee maker), washer/dryer, comfortable couch, plenty of lighting, and a large off-street parking spot. The only cons are that the internet/wi-fi speed could have been better, but it did everything we needed it to) and that you have to download an app to access the building (and registering your face with the app is all but required as using the QR code option never worked for me).

The accommodation is exactly like in the pictures, we were in 3 people and a large pet and we were super well, great location near the market, pharmacy, bakery. In the kitchen has essential utensils, we do not miss anything, even had coffee capsules to use the coffee maker. Communication with the hostess has always been quick and she is always willing to help. We indicate the accommodation for sure and whenever possible we will return
