Vacation rentals with a pool in Cupecoy Beach

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

Oliver's place is a gem for its location and amenities. The property was very nice, and the views from the pool were truly great. Its location is excellent - a quick and easy walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants. The convenience of a local market and shopping nearby was also a real bonus. I appreciated how quiet and safe the area felt.

Private location with a gorgeous pool that kept shade till 1pm - our kids were in it by 7am every day. Accommodation was pristine with perfect bedrooms. We were able to open the house up all morning then close the doors and turn on AC and control each bedroom for personal preference individually. Our host met us at the house, were very responsive throughout our stay and provided assistance quickly (for example a blender that malfunctioned was quickly replaced). M-F housekeeping was also a very nice touch. Overall very happy with the experience, and would book again.

The host was very pleasant and made herself available to answer any questions. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The view was amazing and the pics did it no justice. I will be booking again on my next trip to Saint Marteen♥️

We had a wonderful stay! The space was absolutely beautiful—clean, stylish, and thoughtfully put together. They were very accommodating when we needed to adjust our guest count, which we really appreciated. Everything we could possibly need was provided, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The co-host was super responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our stay at this stunning villa was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the breathtaking view of Simpson Bay. It’s even more beautiful than the photos! The villa itself was peaceful, beautifully designed, and provided the perfect balance of luxury and privacy. What truly made our experience exceptional was the care and hospitality we received. Penelope, our hostess, was absolutely amazing; so thoughtful, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Xavier, the 24-hour concierge, was an absolute gem! Always available, incredibly helpful, and made us feel completely taken care of. The daily cleaning service kept everything pristine, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy every moment. My friends and I felt pure joy being there. Whether we were lounging by the pool, or looking at the bay's skyline, every part of the experience was peaceful and unforgettable. If you’re looking for a luxurious, serene getaway look no further. We can’t wait to come back!

Un séjour absolument idyllique dans un cadre de rêve ! L’emplacement est tout simplement magnifique, parfait pour des vacances reposantes. Le logement était impeccable et très agréable. Un grand merci à notre hôte pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. Nous repartons enchantés et avec l’envie de revenir.

It was our second time staying at Jean’s place and it was even better than the last. The location is fantastic, right next to the airport and still very quiet and peaceful. Gorgeous views from the living room, shower & rooftop. Bed was extremely comfortable & the entire place was spotless. We plan on coming back & staying here again whenever we do. Camille place is prefect ! Walking distance to downtown. close to some of the best beaches on the island , Less than a 5 -10 min drive! You can snorkel right out front! She also thought of everything, beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, cool, ice packs. The kitchen has everything you need and more. We were able to pack lunches for our beach adventures. A grocery store is right around the corner and a gas station if you need to fill up your rental car. We also had the pleasure of meeting Camille at check in, she was very kind and very informative. We can’t recommend her place enough. We moved to another Airbnb on the other side of the island and we regret it. You can’t beat a morning coffee with that view and sunsets with a drink on the deck

El departamento de Phil lo tiene todo, la mejor ubicacion, elementos de playa, lavarropas, buenos elementos de cocina, aire acondicionado en ambos ambientes, el condominio es genial, pileta, hermoso jardin y balcon con vista al aerouerto para los q amamos los aviones, a pie de unas de las mejores playas ( mullet ) y la playa donde se ven los aviones (Maho), Gracias Phil

Elettra was who I had communication with and she was awesome, extremely friendly and responsive. The Airbnb was nicer in person than in the photos, the neighbors were friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely would stay there again and would recommend their place to any of my friends.

Sergei's property was wonderful! every spacious and truly had everything I needed to make my family's stay easy and comfortable.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Emerald Pearl Studio in Maho, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The studio is well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay-from a functional kitchen to a cozy bed (too soft for us) but that’s our preference. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the famous Maho Beach,where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets,watch planes fly overhead, or just relax by the ocean. It’s also conveniently located near some great restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket. The host was incredibly accommodating and provided excellent communication she even left me a bottle of wine for my birthday which I thought was very nice and she even let us check in early. I recommend renting a car for the whole island experience, but taxis are only a 5 minute walk away. If you’re looking a relaxing, comfortable and stylish place to stay in Maho I recommend Emerald Pearl Studio. I will definitely be returning. 2 ppl only ;)

Hébergement très confortable et bien situé, proche de Maho Beach et dans un établissement qui possède piscine, jacuzzi et vue sur les pistes de l’aéroport Juliana ! Anchise est très réactif et flexible. Je ne peux que recommander ce grand studio avec terrasse tant pour son prix que pour son confort. Mention spéciale pour la literie qui est top.
