awesome location, 3 steps to beach. corals nearby with great snorkeling place right behind the house. clean and convenient, close to all action, with dedicated parking and all amenities you would ever need.

A very modern, beautiful, air bnb. The hosts are very responsive! I could not find the plug adapters, and she was there to help, within a couple of minutes! I asked about a float for the BEAUTIFUL pool; She brought them right over!! The views are breathtaking. It's a perfect spot, VERY reasonably priced! We had a car rental, so we visited so many different beaches, and ate at many wonderful restaurants. Our favorite being Grand Case Beach and eating breakfast AND dinner at Rainbow Cafe. Everything around the island is fairly close and convenient. If we visit St Martin again, we will definitely choose this air bnb! Thank you!

The view from the room is immaculate. You are steps away from the water, sand, beach, and the pool is a 1 minute walk away. We felt very safe in the condo with electronic storm shutters over the windows - we closed every night before bed, gated entrance to property, and an attendant at the gate. Bed is wonderful - nice and firm. Good storage for clothes. The kitchen is fully stocked. Huge fridge. Spacious shower. We rented our car through Elisa (host’s) recommendation a driver escorted us from airport to car rental lot - a two minute drive from the gated beach club. Elisa is a wonderful host very responsive to messages, respectful of privacy.

We loved everything about our stay! Beach is right in your backyard and Marigot is within walking distance. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The two of us had a wonderful long-weekend getaway! The unit and surrounding property is absolutely stunning. We loved the modern touch of the unit and how clean everything is. We got way more than we paid for and I’m so thankful we discovered this property.

We spent three amazing days in this beautiful Airbnb! As soon as we arrived, we were amazed by the view of the beach and planes landing. The view is just spectacular. The condo was exactly as pictured, and we really didn’t have any issues during our stay. The condo has a beautiful view of Simpson Bay Beach. The balcony is very large, and we spent a lot of time hanging out there while we were at the unit. Every detail is thoughtfully thought out, making the place special. The pool was perfect for relaxing and the view from the terrace is so beautiful. Perfect for viewing arriving and departing aircraft. It was worth the money spent. It was close to everything including the airport and within walking distance to Maho Beach and the casino and restaurants. We look forward to staying again! We absolutely loved our stay at the Beach Pearl at Nettle Bay Beach Club. The property was exactly as it looked in the photos with good quality furniture and appliances. It was spotless. Marie was an incredible host. Our flight from Canada was delayed so that we arrived at almost midnight rather than 4:00 pm. Marie took all the necessary steps to ensure that our self check-in was seamless. There was a minor infrastructure issue that was beyond anyone’s control during our stay. Marie was incredibly responsive. Both she and a repair person were onsite in about 30 minutes. The necessary investigations were conducted and arrangements made to ensure we had a comfortable stay within two hours. We loved the location of the property. The Italian restaurant next door is highly recommended as is the french bakery across the street. We will definitely be back… in fact, we are already planning our next stay!

This place exceeded all our expectations - fantastic location right on the beach, and also easy walking distance to great shops and restaurants, and of course the amazing bakery. We rented a car and found driving really easy - explored this lovely island each day and then came back and chilled on the beach by the condo. Such a relaxing holiday and the condo was perfect. And Virginia was super responsive whenever we had a question. We will be back!

Wonderful view of the beach and great patio. House had all the amenities you need for cooking your own meals. This was really nicely placed in the middle of Orient beach so you only have a 10-15 minute walk to all the restaurants for dinner.

Lovely accommodations. It was clean and well equipped.

The accommodation was identical to the photos and the view of the lagoon was simply beautiful. The bed is ultra comfortable, we slept very well. The fact that the kitchen is outside brings character, even if cooking in the heat is less pleasant. 😅 Tranquility was waiting for us. There is also a diving center in the building next door which allowed us to walk there in 3 minutes. For us, as divers, it was wonderful. The 2 pools are also perfect and not very busy. I would stay here again without hesitation. 😉

Great spot! Safe, friendly people. We liked the pool option too. The rooftop is extra special at sunset if you come back from the beach early; also a quiet place to read. Certainly a fabulous location for bakery, cafes, restaurants, groceries and exquisite beaches. Super convenient & walkable. Good parking too. Shelly was warm, helpful and replied quickly before & during our trip.

Loved our stay, the house had everything we needed. The pool area is so serene and beautiful and so many places to relax and take in the views. 10 minute walk to the restaurants and beach, and a quick drive to so many island spots and beaches. We loved it here!

Luc checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. Leanne's place is exactly as pictured and they even granted us access to the community's workout facilities. Luc was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and the driver he recommended (Simon) was prompt, polite, and always available to drop us off and pick us up all over the island. I would highly recommend a stay at Leanne's place. You won't regret it.

Host was super helpful and responsive host. Unit was perfect for our stay and view of the ocean was great. Perfect location too, great resources within walking distance.

Great appartement, perfectly renovated with a fantastic sea view terrasse where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner. You can easily accommodate a family of 4, and for 2 it is perfect. We will certainly come back.

We enjoyed our stay at Encanto. Rakhi was a very informative and she responded quickly to any questions we had. Gordon, the property manager, gave us instructions on the unit when we arrived. Rakhi provided recommendations which were helpful. The condo was very spacious and the balcony was large with a beautiful view. Our favorite restaurant was Palapa which was within walking distance (we ate there twice). The breakfast at the Yellow Sub in Orient Beach was delicious - best croissants. Carrefour was a great place to get provisions for the week and were reasonably priced. Every place took American dollars but only a few took American Express. We highly recommend spending a day at Pinel Island - Karibuni has chairs, umbrellas and cold beer!! The UnderSXM snorkel tour was really interesting. We rented a car to explore the island and the drivers are crazy so be careful - lol.

Loved Yoan! So helpful! Met me to help find the apartment and was a gentleman helping with my bags. Space was clean and spotless. Recommended me so many places to see, do and eat. Definitely would come to him again🥰

We have always stayed at all inclusive resorts. We wanted to try something different but were hesitant about an Airbnb. Patrick's Villa was the first we viewed and nothing that we looked at online left the impression of La voyageur. Between the amazing reviews and beautiful decor, it just felt right. From our arrival, to departure and all the things in between, Patrick was an amazing host. From restaurant reservations to the best beach clubs, we were able to spend each second of our trip experiencing the best St. Martin had to offer. Patrick truly made our experience exceptional not to mention the unique atmosphere this flat provides. Beautiful views in a gated community with the best French cuisine within walking distance, we were truly in our perfect paradise. We purchased a few groceries and cooked a few times but ultimately felt at home. It was so very hard to leave. Thank you Patrick for offering a very special experience that we hope to revisit soon.

Stayed 5 nights at The Beach Condo and my family had a fantastic time. Roel was without a doubt the best host of any Air BnB I’ve stayed at. He was quick to respond any time I had a question or needed a recommendation. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Just steps away is an essentially private beach. We loved being able to take a short walk down the beach to grab lunch at Mary’s Boon. This was a great vacation and a lot of that is due to Roel and his beach condo. Thanks!!

all i can say is wow! what a great stay from helpful communication,to the location all of this was what we were looking for and we found that and more at Sylvia's wonderful place,thanks for having g us,and look forward to staying there again
