Kristine is a fabulous Host! Gorgeous home! Very clean! Kitchen well stocked! Bathrooms clean and all the amenities! Everything was Fabulous! Patio great! We will be returning!

This home is beautiful! Great game room, tons of extra games in cabinets for kids and adults, more than plenty of space for the 14 of us, very clean, great amenities. Would definitely stay here again! Hosts communicated very well and quick to respond when asked any questions. Highly recommend!

The house is nice. The kitchen is well equipped. More to do if you bring or rent a boat, although there is a nice tour at Southern Kentucky Distillery.

Location is perfect for Dale Hollow State Park and lake. Beautiful house with awesome scenery. MJ answered every question promptly. I highly recommend this location for families. Probably would sleep 9 but would be crowded. We had 4 adults and 3 children under 10. Plenty of room.

We totally loved this home. Ur was perfect for us in so many ways. The atmosphere was super cozy and absolutely beautiful. We traveled with kids and this home already had a pack and play, two large bean bag chairs, lawn games and board games. That’s so big! And helpful! The host has truly thought of everything! The attention to detail does not go unnoticed. We are already talking about coming back this fall! 5 stars all the way. Totally recommend to anyone!!!! 🩷

I came for the BassMasters Kayak Series on Dale Hollow. I'm a bit of a recluse so having a house isolated from other homes was perfect. the views were great. A place to hang out outside is a huge plus and the BBQ shelter was a great place to relax after getting off the water each day. I would definitely consider staying here again when I visit next time.

Jamie is very accommodating and always makes us feel welcomed. This is our second stay of what I hope is many. Clean spacious home very peaceful surroundings she is very responsive to any questions and always willing to help. This is our destination every year we come to Burkesville for our family reunion. If you’re ever in town this is the best place to go with (except memorial weekend lol we always want it). Highly recommend the place and host it is the gold standard of Airbnb. We definitely be back!!!

The place was amazing. close to downtown and free parking. The place was very clean and affordable. Lots to see and about half and hour from Cookeville TN, about 30 minutes from Dale Hallow Lake which was a lot of fun.

Host was very responsive and easy to work with. This location is very convenient to Dale Hollow Lake via Sunset Marina and within a reasonable distance to Starpoint Marina. This is a quaint little fixed up Motel that satisfied my needs for a place to stay for bass tournaments. Beds were a little firm, but that was probably because the mattresses were so new. I enjoyed my stay and will book again the next time we are in town for a tournament!

You have to come. The bathtub is bigger than you think it is. Our honeymoon started extremely good in the apartment!!

Third time staying with Tammy but 1st time in Turkeys roost. Really neat cabin with a middle of the woods feel. I always bring my boat down but even though you can't get a boat to this cabin, Tammy is great at having a place for you to keep it and charge the batteries if need be. I'll be back to see her and her cabins as often as I can.

Can’t recommend this place enough. My husband and I booked the little cabin in the Woods for two nights. We were in town for some local tractor pulls. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay. It was so peaceful after all the noise and mud haha…I was able to disconnect from my phone. I ended up reading a book during my stay which I haven’t done in a while. Would definitely stay here if/when we return to the area.

This stay offered the perfect balance, close enough to town for convenience, yet far enough out to feel private. We loved how peaceful and quiet the area was, especially when we were relaxing by the bonfire in the evenings. It was the ideal spot to unwind, disconnect, and enjoy a bit of nature without being too remote.

This is a cottage that backs up to a ridge full of trees and on a pristine creek that beckons you to get your feet wet. Richard, the host, matches the lovely energy of this space and is responsive to questions. The cottage is on the same property with the host but it feels completely private. The bed is so comfortable and the huge walk-in shower is big enough for two. I only wish he had more rental spaces on the property so that I could share this space with some of my favorite people! Already planning a trip back!

The place was very peaceful very nice clean staff was very friendly! The staff was very responsive in responding to questions! Could not have asked for any better! This was my wife and I's first time doing this and we couldn't be happier with the results but you will . We loved it so much we even stayed an extra day! We will definitely be coming back!
