We had a fantastic stay in Quito! The unit is located in a great neighborhood with lots to do, and the building is secured by a 24/7 guard. We loved the decor, with floor to ceiling windows and a modern aesthetic. Diego and Monica are very responsive and proactive, with clear and helpful instructions. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience all around with Marco and his colleagues. The space, view, and neighborhood were amazing and great airport coordination was a big bonus. We'd gladly stay here again on a future visit to Quito. ¡Gracias, Marco!

Awesome stay. Basically the perfect little luxury apartment in the coolest part of Quito. Hazel was super communicative, and accommodating. Very friendly security, staff at the front door as well (shout out to Julio!)

The response is very fast. The host is very nice and helps with any problem. He has a solution for everything. Unfortunately we did not get to stay at his property due to a flight cancellation, but we got to know an amazing person and he understood the situation and handled it amazingly.

Everything was great, nice place and quiet.

Only problem is the place is soooo secure 😂 sometimes it was even hard for us to enter the house 😂 we waited 10 minutes in every entrance

Daily visits from donkey Margarita & black lab Carbone were added pleasures to our stay. Felipe was responsive to hot water issue. Took guests to church on property. Explained history of property, Quito and Ecuador in general. He was extremely kind and helpful. Picked up & transported us back to airport for reasonable fee. Modest but lovely home.

We loved staying at this old house on the mountain. The interior was charming and tasteful, with all the amenities and supplies we needed. Karen gave clear instructions on check in and was responsive. Only issue we had was with the old door and lock, you need some practice to use it but Karen and her husband helped us out. Also it is right across a beautiful church. During a few days there were some events happening in the church square so it was loud, but other than that we had no problem. Remember to bring eye masks for sleeping!

Had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Omama Wasi. It is a wonderful house and compound inside a very safe neighborhood. Maria was very communicative and easy to chat with. She was always available when I needed help and treats her guests with respect and privacy. Internet was incredibly fast, kitchen fully stocked with cutlery and necessary dishes. The place was very easy to live at for the months that I did and would highly, highly recommend staying with Maria. Thank you!

The house was very nice and the view from the 2nd floor was beautiful. Pedro was very helpful in getting us water and anything else we needed for our stay.

Great landscaping. Well furnished but nothing so fancy you’re afraid your kids will destroy it. Super responsive and friendly family lives on site to assist with anything needed. Only con is address is sent at last minute before typically boarding a late night flight so there is not time to do any google mapping. Property is located on down a dark dirt alley - never a great feeling being anywhere and having your taxi go down a narrow dirt road at 1am and not knowing beforehand. The instructions pdf for the property should have a picture or a disclaimer - don’t worry the narrow ally road is in deed the correct way. Over all great property and if I was with a group in the Quito area would totally stay again!

Excellent location near the most visited sites and shopping centers, the place is very cozy, clean and beautiful, the host was always at our service and helped us with everything.

Our stay at this Airbnb truly surpassed our expectations. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive, making coordination effortless and stress free. The home was not only beautiful, but also fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location was ideal, centrally situated with quick access to the mall & restaurants. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Edwin's place was amazing! Exceeded my expectations! Exactly like the photos, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, very nicely decorated. Beside the apartment which was accessible safe and quiet Edwin was the best host ever! always proactive and responding immediately. Highly recommended! We stayed in Jacqueline's apartment for 3 weeks and could not have been happier. The apartment itself had everything we needed for an extended stay. It was comfortable and secure. The view is breathtaking and I spent more time sitting on the balcony enjoying the beautiful mountain views than anything else. The front desk security staff were extremely nice and accommodating. When we left, the security guard on shift gave us several big hugs and many thank you's, which was very sweet. We also made friends with the owner of the attached pizza restaurant and he met us in the lobby as we were leaving to say goodbye. We felt like we were leaving long time friends. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance and also a major bank right across the street, and a large market just a few blocks away, also easily walkable. Jacqueline was very attentive both before we arrived, and the entire time we were there. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Quito.

I loved my stay in this apartment. It was impeccably clean, in an excellent location near the Quicentro, and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition, it has additional accessible facilities and is a very safe place. Check-in was simple and straightforward, and both the host and his team were super friendly, always attentive and very communicative. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had such a great stay! They were very responsive and helpful before and during the stay. It was a queen bed with a single bed that you can pull out from under. The space is a little small, but it worked well for 2 people. The building was very nice and the view from the room was beautiful. It is easily walkable to nearby restaurants and near the metro and bus station or a short Uber ride to most places in Quito.
