Situated on the northern shore of Lake Balaton, on the popular slopes of Csopak, the apartment has a full view of Lake Balaton, so you can admire the view from the terrace during meals/coffee or from the swing in the garden. One of the most beautiful beaches of Lake Balaton can be reached in just 5 minutes by car (about 35-40 minutes on foot), where there are plenty of opportunities: safe, sandy beach, giant slide, playground, sports fields, a wide range of food and drink awaits you! With 3 bedrooms and 6 seats, we welcome families or friends who want to relax in a wonderful, peaceful environment. We are a family-friendly guesthouse, so we can serve infants on request with chairs/beds. There are additional options nearby, such as: wine tours, forest tours, a canyon visit, and Tihany and Balatonfüred are also nearby. Our year-round heated apartment awaits its dear Guests every day of the year. Whether you want to admire the winter landscape or the summer sunshine, our house is available as it is equipped with a modern heating system. Parking is available at the entrance under the terrace. Linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary tools (dining set, hobs, oven, fridge, microwave, etc.). Security cameras are available to guard the property. Important requests and rules: Visitors, gatherings, or events are not allowed on the spot without the express permission of the owner. The environment is extremely quiet, so we ask our guests to refrain from making noise outside after 22:00 in order to maintain a good relationship with the neighbors, as this way we can provide our home for the guests for many years to come.

The house/bungalow lies in a nice quiet area which is cool for walking around. You can go to the lake in 10 minutes. The beds were also nice. We were three people but six people could also be doable. Kitchen was well equipped. The place is close to a lot of nice sightseeing (In car). Can highly recommend this airbnb.

We got to know Judit and Sandor as wonderful hosts. Communication was always warm, so the Google translation didn't bother us. In addition to the apartment furnished with a lot of love for detail, we were spoiled with delicacies. Likewise, a bottle of wine and water was available for us as a gift. The apartment had air conditioning that we could use for a fee and that also sweetened the hot days for us. The apartment was just steps from the Balaton swimming beach. There was a supermarket and restaurants in the village. Since we were there in the off-season, the beach was free of charge. In our opinion, a trip to the south beach by ferry and the lake cave in Tapolca are highly recommended. We express an unreserved recommendation for our warm hosts and thank you for the pleasant stay. THANK YOU!!!

Gorgeous few days right on the water in beautiful Balaton. Very comfortable house and garden right on the lake. We enjoyed wading out in the lake with our child. The lake is very shallow (around 3ft) for over 100 meters so you can walk out very far on the mud/sand. I would definitely recommend renting/bringing Stand Up Paddle Boards or an inflatable boat so that you can get out to where the lake is deeper to swim. At the moment, these are not provided by the host. There had been a recent invasion of buzzing non-biting midges (Chironomidae/greenish insects) along the shores of Lake Balaton but they only really came out just after sunset and were fascinating to watch. Incredibly relaxing to wake up and have coffee on the dock. 5 star stay!

Amazing hospitality received by Ivett’s Husband! The place is confirmed to all description. Everything was great. Only thing when the house is full, we can easily hear from other apartments which is tricky when customers don’t behave. I had to ask to put down music coming from Level 1. Ilona is a very attentive, warm host. Her architecturally cleverly renovated house is located in the middle of an oak grove, a very airy, relaxing and very quiet environment. Perfect for recharging and breathing deeply. Despite summer heat of up to 35 degrees, the temperatures in the house were very pleasant. Lake Balaton can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, the small village shop in just 3 minutes. The truly excellent vegetarian restaurant "Veganetta" is also about 15 minutes away by foot. The place is highly recommended. Glad to come back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet area with lots of things to do. We cycled the path around the lake, swam in Lake Heviz and walked up to the lookout from the house. We ate in a great restaurant recommended by our hosts too. The flat has everything you need - we especially appreciated the washing machine. Hot tub was amazing - we used it every night. Communication was great and we received lots of local tips and suggestions. Would highly recommend. We stayed with children aged 8, 11 and 13.
