If you're looking for a beautiful Florida experience, I would definitely stay here. The pool and view were stunning and the unit was decorated with the elegance and style of Florida colors. The unit was pristine in cleanliness. The host responded to our concerns immediately. Highly recommended and I would stay again.

Tom and Tammy are really super hosts. Always responded quick to my questions. The area is fantastic. Walk to restaurants and the best one is Brian’s Place right next door. You can sit on the deck and enjoy the music on weekends (don’t worry, it’s over by 9), and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Plenty of parking. Lots of shopping close by. Place has everything you need and is well equipped. Plenty of wildlife. Two majestic Eagles have a nest across the canal.

My partner and I wanted to visit the springs to kayak. This place exceeded our expectations. All we had to do was launch from the dock in the backyard and we were minutes from the clearest and bluest water. We even saw a manatee munching on some vegetation across from the dock. If you’re a fan of Florida springs, this place is for you!

This place had absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay in Crystal River. Our party of five had plenty of room to spread out among the three bedrooms with five beds and two bathrooms. We took my 88 year-old grandmother and so having a place that was easy for her to navigate was key. This first floor condo is close to its parking and is all one story. She was able to get around perfectly. The picture windows in the living room provided is all the entertainment and people watching we needed when we were on property relaxing. The property is spotless. We highly recommend a stay and will definitely be back.

Kristen's place was exactly as pictured. She was responsive in messages and made sure we had everything we needed. Her place was quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood is a bit older with some wear and tear, but Kristen's place is modern and feels like home inside. Very convenient to grocery stores and major roads.

We were there for my god-daughter's graduation in Tampa, and it was a great space for my family of four. It was clean and like the pictures. We followed the instructions and were able to access the lodging without issue. While we didn't cook, there was everything needed to do so. My husband ran, and I had a great walk in the neighborhood.

The home is exactly as described in the listing: home was clean and came with all the boats and tubes for a fun time on the river! Lots of life jackets and goggles to use if you dont have your own. publix and walmart are a short drive in town about 10 min. The home is at the end of a small deadend couldesac with a rental on 1 side and an abandoned house on the other, beautiful nature drive, seems to be in a safe area, it was private. Plenty of space and beds, the home was clean (and we are picky) and everything was up to date not run down or worn out. Nearby fast food and "Swampys" on the water if thats what you like, but If you want quality food, drive about 30 minutes west to Inverness/Yankeetown and try Blackwater Grill, absolutely best food for you money. Being Florida natives, we didnt jump off the dock, too much grass and know what hides in the grass..we saw a huge snapping turtle in it with baby turtles near the dock. overall it was a great stay and we would come back! Amazing place with easy access to the gulf. My family loved the dock for swimming and the family kayaks created memorable experiences.

This is a wonderful property in a wonderful, scenic part of Florida, Rainbow Springs. The home is located on a small cove that is adjacent to the springs so accessing the water of the Rainbow River and the Withlacoochee River is as easy as it gets. The home is well equipped for vacationers and very comfortable and beautiful. Our family loves this spot and have returned multiple times. Couldn't be better!

The home was very welcoming. There are even doggie treats in the foyer as you walk in. Sandra has everything you would need. She is wonderful about responding. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept on in a rental. The mattress was just right and they have down comforters and pillows. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything. We loved the Espresso machine! So yummy! It is quiet on the end of a canal. We did not use the kayaks but did use the pool. We rented kayaks at Kings Bay so we could go to the springs. It really was a wonderful vacation. Thank you Sandra!

I can’t say anything that will do justice on Brian’s behalf,it was like staying at a family members house. So quick to respond to any questions.The home felt like I was home and slept very peacefully.Lots of great restaurants nearby and such a great atmosphere.Thank you Brian for giving my wife and I such a great night out.God bless you and your lovely home that we got to experience.

My friends and I just stayed for a lovely 3 day weekend. The facilities are so well stocked, it had everything we needed! The area is beautiful and peaceful. We also got to learn how to use the boat lift to get our boat out to the gulf, and the manual had everything we needed to know. My friends were also very impressed. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

We had a great trip here! House was great and supplied with everything you would need! The kids had a blast.

Our unit was compact, cozy and immaculate. The only hitch that came up was an interruption in the cable service, and Chris had that resolved promptly. We plan to return next year.

Loved our Gulf Island stay. Beautiful Pool, comfy King size bed and a wonderful private balcony overlooking the Gulf! Even though the kitchen is a little dated, it is clean & functional. We would definitely book again. Thanks!

We had a blast staying at this wonderful and beautiful house for four days. Gerri made the stay unforgettable! The place was clean, everything what we needed was there. The pictures are exactly how the house looks. I highly recommend this place for everyone who wants to enjoy the beautiful scenery and to have a relaxing time in Inverness. Truly a slice of paradise. The location is close to many restaurants and stores but also very private and peaceful. 24hr secured premises was an added bonus. Spoke with several year round residents who were very friendly, willing to share recommendations for dining or activities. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics plus more, if cooking is part of your vacation. The pool was refreshing on the hot afternoons. Linda and Phil were excellent hosts, we'd stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hosts communicated well prior to check in and throughout our stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the ac kept it nice and cool! The only complaint/suggestion is the shower. It is pretty small, which they can’t do anything about. A removable shower head would make it a lot easier to complete all of the necessary tasks in the shower! Also, the water temperature was unpredictable, changing between cold and hot while showering. We would stay here again if visiting the resort.

Large, clean, comfortable and safe apartment with beautiful views. The people on the complex were friendly. We could happily live here!!! Susana gave clear instructions and was responsive and helpful.

Traci and Doug were the most friendly, professional hosts we have ever rented from. We have rented vacation homes for years! This place was the cleanest, most adorable and cozy place ever! Cannot say enough about how comfortable the bed was! That is a big stipulation for me with Airbnb‘s. Cannot wait to rent one of their beautiful condos again in the future! The people in this community are absolutely wonderful! No one including the hosts made us feel anything but absolutely comfortable! If you’re considering a stay in a community like this, do it, but do it with Tracy and Doug you will be so happy you did! Thank you guys for being so awesome. Can’t wait to rent from you again!

Absolutely amazing place! TJ was proactive with his communication and anticipated all of my questions and needs before I realized I had them. I would absolutely stay again and recommend his place to anybody who wants to visit Hudson!
