El fracc es un lugar tranquilo y seguro para pasar días tranquilos y placenteros. El cluster cuenta con CCTV El ambiente en el lugar es tranquilo y familiar por lo que, la casa es para uso FAMILIAR o por motivos LABORALES. NO FIESTAS o EVENTOS en el lugar. El uso de la alberca es exclusivamente para nadar, NO FIESTAS, O CONSUMO DE ALCOHOL EN ÁREAS COMUNES.

Este departamento moderno/lujoso se encuentra en un clúster privado a 5 minutos del aeropuerto, 8 min del parque acuático Imbursa y Plaza Nuevo Veracruz. A 15 minutos de las principales playas y zona hotelera, así como del malecón de Veracruz. La zona es muy tranquila, vigilancia las 24 horas. Puedes hacer uso de la alberca (cerrada los martes por mantenimiento) y se cuenta con estacionamiento, lavadora, wifi, aire acondicionado en sus 2 recamaras, cocina y agua caliente.
