Great Family Holiday Cottage Baconsthorpe Holt.

ColinRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Very nice and cosy cottage with comfortable beds and all amenities you expect at home. Provided a very cake and milk on our first night. Lovely conservatory and garden to relax in when it was warm enough. Good location for the Norfolk Coast from. Wells to Sandringham. The nearest town Holt is great for shopping and eateries.

Period house near beach and golf course in Norfolk

CatherineRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We were very happy with our stay - it was quiet and peaceful, the house was very comfortable, spotlessly clean with a lovely garden, close to the sea and to Sheringham centre. We especially enjoyed the coastal path walk and our many stopovers at Whelks Coppers tea rooms. The beach front is lovely on a sunny day (we did get quite a bit of rain but that is the British summer!) I also recommend the nooks and crannies of Peter' s (secondhand) Bookshop, and the fish and chips at Seafare.

Beautiful country home, sleeping 8

HeatherRating, 5 stars1 week ago
What can I say that hasn’t already been said in previous reviews. Marian was a fabulous host and also Michelle, who oversees the running of Old Chapel House. We arrived to find the table in the kitchen all set out for dinner. Great fun was had in the evening playing croquet in the fabulous garden and then games around the kitchen table. Fresh flowers in each of the rooms was a lovely touch. Knowing one of my sons was home for our family wedding at Waxham Barn, Marian had arranged an Australian pineapple cake for us to enjoy, together with locally sourced marmalade and apple juice. It was also helpful to find plenty of items such as tea, coffee, condiments etc. My one request to my family was for a slice of sourdough bread, delivered on the Saturday morning, be left for me after having my hair and makeup done. Sadly, it had all been demolished! The house clearly was a previously well loved family home. We had a fantastic stay and will most definitely be returning.

Fernhill, stunning holiday home

KeithRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A very spacious well equipped house, with plenty of room for 8 plus a very lively 3-year old. We found it to be clean, tidy and very well presented. The welcome hamper was appreciated. It’s in a very peaceful setting but only a few minutes’ drive (or an easy stroll) into Cromer. The weather wasn’t too kind to us so we didn’t make much use of the outdoor space, but there’s so much space inside (including the great games area) that we never felt on top of each other. Would definitely recommend.

Stunning Barn Conversion

NickyRating, 5 starstoday
We booked Oak Barn to celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary with all the family. We were blessed with a long weekend of beautiful weather. In fact it was so nice that we ate nearly all our meals al fresco in the garden which was fully enclosed meaning that our two dogs could wander in and out of the house. Rosie thoughtfully messaged us when we arrived to give us pointers on how to keep the house cool. The Barn is spacious and spotlessly clean with quality bed linen, towels and toiletries provided. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. The layout in the house is perfect for extended or multigenerational families. It’s situated in a quiet country lane but within a few minutes you can be in Wroxham and the coast within half an hour. There was an excellent house manual with lots of suggestions for things to do but the weather was so warm that we tended to stay fairly local. All in all this was one of the best properties we have stayed in.

A lovely little annex which was situated perfectly, just a few miles from various seasides and a number of national trust parks and forests. Hilary was so helpful giving us some useful local tips regarding good meals out. Would thoroughly recommend and we can’t wait to return.

Review of Our Stay at Oaklands No1, Reepham We recently enjoyed a delightful 3-night stay at Oaklands No1 in Reepham, and it truly was a memorable experience. The accommodation was impeccably clean, providing a welcoming and comfortable environment from the moment we arrived. One of the standout aspects of our stay was how perfectly situated Oaklands No1 is for exploring the surrounding area. Its location made it incredibly convenient to discover the charm and beauty of Reepham and beyond, adding to the overall enjoyment of our visit. With no notable criticisms to mention, our experience was nothing short of excellent. We were thoroughly pleased with every aspect of our stay, which is why we gladly award Oaklands No1 a glowing 5-star rating. We highly recommend Oaklands No1 to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and ideally located place to stay while exploring Reepham.

Apartment on prom .Amazing sea views all windows

MikeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The views from the apartments are just phenomenal at any time of day you can watch the world go by, see the sunrise and the sunset with a glass of wine in your own comfortable and private space. The location is set right on the promenade with your own parking space supplied by the booking and from there, you can walk everywhere in Cromer to all the facilities including pubs, restaurants, the pier, cafés, bars etc. Park the car and leave it there for your whole stay, Cromer has really good bus and train links up and down the coast. Excellent walking from the apartment across the coast paths: turn left and walk for about an hour for Craigie Bottoms restaurant (excelkent seafood) or turn right on the coast path and do a long circular walk towards Gunton (3-4hours) where there is spectacular countryside, easy walking and some fabulous country pubs. This apartment is of an excellent quality, perfectly located and the host is very friendly, would highly recommend for a quality stay.

Stylish apartment in the centre of Sheringham

BeccaRating, 5 stars2 days ago
The apartment was so lovely, we had our 18 month old a with us and it was ideal. The only thing we struggled with was the heat and some noise from the road because it was 26 degrees and sunny most of the week so had to keep the windows open but that's no different to anywhere else and easily fixed with a fan from the shop down the road! It is a lovely clean and well stocked apartment and we would stay again and recommend to friends. Thanks so much! Fab communication before our stay so we didn't have any questions at all, thanks for having us!

Self enclosed flat in Hellesdon Norwich

AronRating, 5 stars1 day ago
The place was wonderful. It matched the description and pictures perfectly. I felt very well provided for as the home is well equipped with all the basics that you would want. Ivor and Karen were great hosts, very helpful and friendly. The only drawback in my opinion is that the bedroom gets a lot of light in the morning and gets bright early, even with the blinds and curtains drawn. 100% I would look to stay here again, albeit with an eye mask for the morning.

The information provided prior to arrival was detailed and accurate. The opportunity to park in the underground garage is another positive, protecting the car from seagull attacks! The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. We hope to return as soon as we are able

Great location, close to the beach and town. The flat is much lighter and airy than the photos show. It’s spacious and a bonus having a second bathroom. There’s small additions like soap, washing up liquid, kitchen roll which are helpful! Andrew had the place ready sooner as well and let us know it was ready. Would absolutely visit again and have already recommended to friends and family.

Clean and comfortable apartment with a nice local pub and supermarket within 10 minute walk. Michelle was a pleasure to book with. Thankyou!
