Now, new in 2022! Boutique Villa Mihail is a Pool in Koukounara (Kissamos) near to all famous beaches in Chania Elafonissi, Balos, Falassarna! It is a fully-renovated traditional stone house with wooden ceilings and large spaces, a large kitchen and a second garden kithenette, a private bedroom and a second one in a space that isolates, a bathroom and extra large living room, including all comforts. We have just added a brand new pool, exclusively for our guests only!

When you're not admiring the scenery, you can lounge at the pool deck, take a dip in the pool, or unwind in your private hot tub in front of the bedroom. Make sure to take a look at the pool deck lounge area equipped with a TV and fire table. You will be our only guests. The price includes the Climate Resilience Levy, which some places charge separately.
