Theodora’s apartment is hidden gem in Agios Nikolaos. During our stay we realized, there is no better location for families with small kids. It’s right next to beach bar with great beach, in our opinion best within the city and there is even kids playground right next to it. You have 6-7 great local restaurants within 5mins walk + 2 grocery shops. Location is very quiet. Apartment is very well equipped with all you need for shorter or even longer stay (we stayed 1month). Theodora was very friendly, responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We can only recommend her and her apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy perfect vacation. Efcharisto Theodora 👍🏻

We really enjoyed our stay. It is about a 20 minute walk to the old city center, and 10 minutes to the beach. There is a parking spot which makes traveling by car much easier. The place was clean and all equipment we needed was there.

The apartments are in a wonderful location, surrounded by a bunch of cafes, restaurants and shops. Everything is close enough to just go down and out of the entrance. Great windows, it seemed that it would be very noisy because of the location, but with the windows closed there is silence. The only drawback is the clogging of the toilet drain.

We had an amazing time staying in this apartment. It was nice and clean, with the biggest balcony! The kitchen didn’t miss a thing, there was even cake for us:) Our hosts were very kind and very easy to communicate with. They also gave al lot of good recommendations for trips and restaurants. Mihalis turned out to be a kind, cordial and welcoming host, upon our arrival he had left us a basket of fruit, oil (excellent), honey and their inevitable raki. The house was as described, very clean and cozy. A couple of times we asked Mihalis for small things that he promptly provided. Everything went in the best way, if one day I return to Kissamos it will certainly be to Mihalis's, whom I thank for his hospitality.
