Waterfront vacation rentals in Crescent Beach

I was in town for work but the location at the beach felt like vacation!

The sunrises every morning from the deck were magical. The walk over the dunes to the beach, the morning coffee, the three bedrooms all made a perfect start to the day for me and my two sisters. We had an issue with a broken toaster which was addressed immediately. David was responsive and caring. For three adult women, the only thing that wasn’t ideal, but we knew it in advance, was the bedroom with bunk beds. They weren’t as comfortable as the two king size beds in the other two rooms, so someone has to make a sacrifice. But, all in all, we had a great time!

I made a mistake when choosing the dates for my trip, and didn’t realize till I showed up. I felt so silly, but reached out to Caio anyway, and he responded almost immediately even though it was late, and he was at an event out of state. He had had a cancellation and competently and graciously accommodate me last minute. I was so grateful! Check-in was easy, and our stay was super relaxed. We really enjoyed the easy access to the private beach. Would totally stay again!

The location on the beach of Saint Augustine was heavenly. Angela Melanie responded to all of our questions promptly. The pictures do not do it justice. You are on the beach, walking in sand almost immediately after you exit your condo. Weekly price was great and well worth it with everything included in the condo and on the grounds. Love this place and the host and will definitely visit again.

We had a great stay at Natalia’s cozy property! She and her husband were so accommodating and welcoming to us. The property is absolutely gorgeous, the dock is beautiful and the pool was amazing. You can tell how dedicated Natalia is to the landscaping, it’s beautiful! The apartment itself is very comfortable and the perfect size. It was also very clean! We really enjoyed our evenings and mornings out on the dock. The pool was fantastic and was my favorite part of our stay. The location is also amazing- Caps on the Water and Aunt Kate’s restaurants were both in walking distance and had amazing food! The beach is a short walk down the road and easily accessible. Downtown St. Augustine is just a short 10ish minute drive, and we loved staying in this quiet neighborhood but still having easy access to the downtown. We would definitely stay here again and thank Natalia and Steve for their welcoming hospitality! Thank you!!!

We were in town for a wedding and wanted a place close to the beach. Cheryl’s place hit all the needs. Cute studio but has everything you need. Walkable to so many restaurants and of course the beach. She provided beach gear which was so helpful! Great recommendations to try as well! We walked down to get food and ice cream so it’s a great location. The wedding we were attending was in downtown St. Augustine and it was only a 15 min drive. Super close! Will certainly stay again!

Our new favorite Crescent Beach spot. Grounds are clean; great having a pool at each set of buildings, good surf spot, super close to the beach. Condo is super clean, beds sort comfy, great shower, everything you need to cook a great meal, and more, in the spacious kitchen.

We really enjoyed our week stay and hope to return next year. Susan was a very responsive host and condo was comfy and nicely decorated with coastal decor. We especially loved the beautiful, private beach…well worth the walk!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in St. Augustine! The home was exactly what we needed—clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the essentials for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciated how peaceful and welcoming everything felt from the moment we arrived. The hosts were great—very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. Though it’s about a 25-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and the beaches, the tranquil surroundings make it well worth the trip—especially for those who love fishing, boating, or outdoor adventures. From paddleboarding and swinging on the swing to gathering around the fire pit and playing tag in the beautiful Florida weather, this place truly feels magical. Patricia is a wonderful host—always responsive and ensuring a comfortable stay. The cozy beds and well-equipped space exceeded our expectations, making it hard to say goodbye. We created unforgettable family memories here and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Patricia, for making our family reunion truly special!

Our family had the BEST time at our recent stay at The Lazy Green Turtle. It truly is a special place. The house is so well stocked of items you might need - kitchen tools, bathroom products, entertainment and supplies for our kids, and a garage FULL of beach items. Seriously, you don’t need to pack anything for the beach, there is even a beach bag available. Host is spectacular at communicating instructions, information, and recommendations. My only complaint is our time spent there simply wasn’t long enough. Our family is already talking about returning again next year.

We had a great time and enjoyed the house. The host was very responsive. The views were beautiful. Historic St. Augustine is a quick drive away. There are other restaurants and ice cream places in walking distance. The house had everything we needed to cook and grill. I’m sure we will be going back again soon.

We had a great time here. The view and beach are amazing. Just steps to the water and we saw dolphins every single day that we were there. Lots of pelicans flying by throughout the day as well! Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for an awesome beach. There are so many beautiful shells to be found on the beach! We also found a couple shark teeth, which was very exciting! The Reef, Aunt Kate’s, and Caps are all extremely close, with the Reef being within walking distance. Both decks are amazing and really help keep you cool and out of the sun. The house has a ton of beach toys, boogie boards, and chairs to use on the beach. Tons of lizards outside, which we thought was cool. We did see a few cockroaches in the house and had a run in with a Huntsman spider, but in no way did it impact our stay and it was to be expected. It is Florida after all! The house was very clean and we loved our stay here!

We have stayed at Ocean House going on 35 years and Megan's condo is by far our favorite! It is on the backside of the condominium but it is private, close to the washer and dryer and elevator, and you can see the ocean and the beautiful bay! It has also been very clean as well as simply decorated with plenty of amenities! We will definitely be back here!

Exceptional unit with incredible views. We would absolutely stay again, and hope to do so. Barbara was quick to respond and was the perfect host. Two dishwashers - what a bonus! There were lots of extra blankets, pillows, and our kids loved their bedroom. The shades kept the rooms so comfortable for sleeping in. Wonderful week with lifelong memories. Thank you, Barbara!

Wonderful time with family and friends for a much needed get away. We could not figure out the TV and Alan sent his friend and wife over to help fix the tvs. The friend and wife provided amazing food recommendations and places to go in downtown . Definitely recommend and will stay again .

Great place to stay right on the beach. Beautiful beach view with direct access. Very clean & quiet retreat. We enjoyed our stay with our teenage daughter and niece. Will consider staying there again!

We enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine! Evonne & Eric allowed us to book the day of for our 30th Anniversary trip. Their place had not only a beautiful view of the sunrise, but easy access to the pool and beach. We appreciated the provided pool towels. They were very responsive with everything we needed.

Wow! What a beautiful condo just steps from the beach with the most amazing views. The condo was super clean upon arrival, well stocked, and Terri is literally the best host ever! We have never seen anyone go above and beyond like she did! The decor is perfect, and we loved our time here. There is lots to do in downtown St. Augustine, or you can just relax at the beach. It was quiet and peaceful, and it’s a locked entrance to a private beach. The beach was never too crowded! We had the best time!
