Cabin vacation rentals in Crazy Mountains

What an absolutely beautiful place to stay! We loved everything about it. The views were amazing and the property was so peaceful. It was a short drive into Bozeman and everything was convenient. We have business ties to Bozeman and we need to go there at least 2 to 3 times a year. I have no reason to look anywhere else. If there is a cabin available at Karen’s, we will stay here. It goes without saying that I cannot say enough about this property. We loved it!

The cabin was beautiful and just as described. We had a wonderful stay and appreciated all of the extra details. They were extremely accommodating and the communication was excellent. The accommodations exceeded our expectations on every level. We would wholeheartedly recommend staying here and hope to visit again.

My wife and I stayed here for a few days when we skied Bridger Bowl. Perfect location nestled between the ski resort and Bozeman, sprinkled with that "out-of-town" feel. Great hosts, great place and the perfect place for our getaway. Definitely recommend, one of the best we've stayed at in the last few years.

Karen’s place was everything and more! Super clean, stunning views, and all the amenities were a nice touch! Perfect distance, where we were out of town, but still close to Bozeman with a quick drive. Highly recommend staying here, we for sure will be back again!

This place was absolutely beautiful, magical, quiet and Serene. This is what I would imagine a place heaven would be. I'll never forget staying here. Hopefully one day I'll be able to come again. Thank you for the generosity and the helpful hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at Michelle’s house. The views were amazing from the house. We used the hot tub every day after our hikes and activities. The house was perfect for our annual girls’ trip. Michelle was a wonderful host and very responsive to all my questions. It was about an hour drive to Yellowstone and 20 min to Livingston downtown. We will visit again and stay at the house for sure.

Beautiful outside the house was right out of the city what I was looking forward to but also not a far drive from the city seen wildlife out and about too

We loved our time here! The cabin was conveniently located to Belgrade and Bozeman but provided the peaceful privacy and mountain views we were looking for. The hosts are extremely friendly and thoughtful, you can tell how much care was put into the cabins.

So cute, so thoughtful, so well done! Loved all the extra touches! The bed is super comfy, loved taking a bath! Adorable tub! We didn't get the curtains positioned just right so the sun gave a us a beautiful early wake up!! I sleep with ear plugs, but the hubs woke for every train crossing ... I could feel a little tremble. So just FYI on that! We weren't able to stay for activities today but want to come back!!

Quaint little cabin in a beautiful spot. All you need for a place to lay your head and the detached bathrooms are sweet!

What a great spot!!! Not only was John super helpful and friendly getting us checked in, but the space was so great! They have put so much work into this sweet cabin. Want to get out in nature and go a step above glamping? This is your spot! My husband and I, and our two girls stayed the weekend. Our girls loved the loft area. The kitchen was perfect for all our meals. John is a coffee connoisseur, so all the pour overs were fun to choose from! We hiked, and shot bows up in the meadow. Walked along the dirt road. Played for hours in the creek. Fell asleep to the sounds of the creek and the birds. Sleeping was incredibly comfortable. Bathroom was just perfect. Again, this is your upscale glamping experience!! We played games inside, after our fire went out outside. Then watched a movie on the cabin wall with their projector, which our girls thought was THE coolest, and we would have to agree! Great, quiet, peaceful getaway that we can’t wait to go to again! Highly, Highly recommend 🙌🏻

It is definitely a true log cabin on the side of the mountain. Loved watching the elk and deer each morning and evening. Great location for day trips. This doesn’t fall on Courtney or property but, Only down side was the rough and bumpy gravel road up to cabin. Guessing due to snow melt and winter plowing.

Only stayed for a quick stop on a road trip, but was a great experience!

This cabin has such character and an awesome back story. It was super peaceful and the surroundings were beautiful. We made smores on the patio and during breakfast had two deer sitting right outside the dinning room window. Both host were amazing and responsive, they told us about a local trail and they even let us check out a little later with no problem. It was a great place to just disconnect and enjoy family time.

Rochelle was an incredibly kind and helpful host, making our stay even more enjoyable. The cabin we stayed in was perfect, calm, cozy, and impeccably clean, with stunning views that took our breath away. One of the highlights of our visit was the walk from the cabin to the nearby river. This stroll was not only beautiful but also comfortable and fun. From the water and the sounds of wildlife created a captivating atmosphere that we will remember for a long time. Additionally, the cabin's location was ideal; it was conveniently situated just a short drive from town and all the exciting attractions in the area. Whether we were looking for outdoor adventures or local dining options, everything was within reach. Overall, our experience in this perfect cabin, combined with the warmth of amazing people like Rochelle, made for an unforgettable getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at Sharon’s beautiful cabin over Christmas 2024! We travelled from north QLD (Australia), in hopes of a white Christmas. Though we didn’t get the snow, the surrounding scenery, deer walking past the windows in the evening and beautiful coziness of the cabin made it holiday movie worthy and entirely worth the travel. It’s proximity to town was perfect, everything was close by, yet felt an entire world away. Would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to anyone we here of travelling to Montana!

I stayed at the Almosta Ranch Bunkhouse when in route to Helena. What a sweet spot! Although a studio the set up is perfect for one person or a couple with relaxing, dining,cooking, and sleeping. The kitchen has full size freg and various appliances that makes it possible to cook a meal or heat up leftovers and enjoy a glass of wine. It is fully equipped with amenities such as plug in kettle, toaster oven, cooktop, microwave and coffeemaker. The queen size bed is large and comfortable. I was there on a brisk evening warm and snuggled up in a wonderful warm comforter. The shower is great. Lots of hot water, it offers shelving to keep your toiletries accessible. In better weather one can enjoy strolling around the property, there is even a creek Although anyone would enjoy the charming “bunkhouse “ if you’re traveling with horses, you can keep your equine here and both enjoy a good evening’s rest. I will definitely stay here again when my travels take me to this beautiful part of Montana

This place is BEAUTIFUL! It was even more awesome than the pictures show. I had a couple simple questions and June was super helpful right away! It was surprisingly refreshing to not have cell phone coverage. There is WiFi at the lodge so “checking in” on things if needed is easily done. I can’t wait to go back in the summer!! Fiona’s cabin was lovely and perfectly placed for our purpose of being in the Livingston area. The bed and sofas were comfortable and the table was good for computer work. The all-in-one washer dryer worked very well. The window views looking at the mountains were fabulous. Her dogs were a lot of fun. We would return if we’re in need of a place to stay in the area in the future.

Wonderful Stay, sure enjoyed the nicely appointed home.

Stayed here while on hunting weekend. Cabin was comfortable, clean and just what we needed. Great for hunting groups or weekend with family, friends or couples. Easy access. Great directions. Will stay again if in the area or maybe just for fun!!

Susan and Paul were the best hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They were kind, communicative and friendly. Their home was incredibly comfortable, clean and stocked like it was our own home. The outdoor space was like nothing our family has ever experienced. There are not enough great things to say about this home and the hosts!!!

She is always super responsive an extremely helpful. Thank you so much. Hopefully be back again next year
