The Captains Quarters was a great stay for my family and I. The boat ramp, which is literally right out the front door, being available was a huge plus as we brought our boat. The outside space was wonderful and the inside space was the perfect size for 3 kids and 2 adults. The inside space was very cozy and has a great view of Blounts Creek. This is a perfect stay for the fishermen and hunters as well as family's looking to stay in a relaxed environment and spend some time outdoors. Judy was very communicative and helpful with any questions we had. Will definitely be staying many times again in the future.

Gabriela’s listing was right on and great for family of 6 close to family we were visiting very spacious great closet space just had everything you need that a hotel wouldn’t have . Any question I would have response was answered on a timely manner.

Enjoyed our stay, house was great and only a short drive to everything. Almost walking distance to the wedding venue we were attending. Would book here again our next time in New Bern

Great space, great location, and great value. We had a family reunion, and this was the secondary location. Lots of room to spread out and well appointed kitchen to make bulk meals. Definitely would come back again next year!

Beautiful home with lots of space! From the moment my family walked in it felt like home. The house was very clean and accommodating. With a gym and man cave theater what more can you ask for. Plus the neighborhood was quiet and right off the main strip surrounded be plenty. Thank you Sashay for sharing your home. I will be staying again when I return to the area.

My entire family group of 9 was very happy with the home and especially the view! Everyone had their own comfortable space and plenty of relaxation and gathering spaces. Danny and Jenny were very responsive to inquiries and issues. I highly recommend their home!

I was not able to stay do to personal problems but she was very helpful and very accommodating with the cancelation and refund would definitely book a sray here again

This is a great place to stay and relax. Tim was very responsive and proactive. We were checking in the day after a bad snow storm and he contacted us right away to let us know how the roads were and what to expect. Since it was snowy and cold, we did not get to use the amenities. But the house is located right next to the kayak launch area and it was a very short drive to the pool/club house. We come to this area often and will definitely be staying here again!

The house was lovely and the views from the deck made the space! The kitchen was well stocked with items and the house was nice and clean. The door locks are weird and slightly confusing but once I called the host, I was able to figure them out. Also, its worth noting that the driveway to the complex is a long, dirt road but you are going to the right place!

What a hidden gem! We stay here with our children (8 and 5yo). The house was incredibly clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Wonderful view from the deck. The property is beautiful. We fished off the dock for hours and had a blast swimming in the pool. We even saw a dolphin swim within 20 feet of the dock! Oriental is a cute town nearby - we had great carry out from The Silos and went to The Bean for ice cream. Piggly Wiggly grocery store had everything we needed. We loved our stay here and have already booked our next trip! Thanks for having us.

This home was one of our best stays ever. The house was beautiful and very well appointed! I appreciated the labels on the kitchen cabinets as it made everything easy to find. And the labels on the light switches helped as well! We cooked in and found everything we needed in the kitchen plus we enjoyed being able to grill. And the snack basket was a nice touch! The house was immaculate and very well cared for. We enjoyed hangout there when we weren’t out exploring. It was an easy drive to downtown New Bern. And the property and neighborhood were great for our dog. Jacqueline was friendly and proactive and we could not have asked for a better host. We would highly recommend this home and would definitely return. All around great stay!

Our Children are sailors and this place was a perfect fit that was better than described. The personal touches and amenities for our family will have us back on the next trip. We have a child at Camp Seagull and this made our drop off seamless while being able to check out the local community within close walking distance. Community was super friendly and Lisa was an amazing host! We’ll be back!

The Lakes RV & Campground is a very nice place to stay. We stayed in a “tiny house” along a lake that is brand new. They had all amenities including dishware, towels, blankets, screened in porch, grill for charcoal, etc. and a really nice pool on the property! Michael was a great “Host” and was readily available to assist us with our needs. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place to all!

From the moment we opened the door we were impressed! The house was extremely clean, decorated perfectly, and then you look out back… The huge screened in back porch with endless views of the water. You can sit and watch sailboats, yachts, and barges go by all day and night. There is a huge Tv outside so you watch TV and never have to leave the amazing view. The Master has perfect view of the morning sunrise over the water. We saw dolphins swim by several times. The dock was awesome for fishing and docking my boat. We caught a ton of fish off the dock. The owners have thought of everything and quick to respond to any questions. This was by far our best AirBnb experience and we will be back.

Amazing location and the house is very nice and cost. We feel like home. Watching the sunrise while eating breakfast gives us a real break from everyday life. The beds are very comfortable and the space is just perfect for 6 people. Thank you for this opportunity to enjoy nature.

Kyle and Jackie’s place was a wonderful respite on our move south. It was clean, comfortable, and most importantly, easy to get into after a long day on the road. The kitchen is well-stocked and the bathroom is great. The fenced back yard was so nice to let our dogs into after being cooped up in the car all day, although I’m not sure the neighborhood squirrels felt the same, lol. Kyle and Jackie were very kind and allowed us to check out a bit later in the morning. Would recommend this spot for anyone!

Our stay has been great! We needed to be close by base for the SunDown Event on Cherry Point. We absolutely loved the cleanliness and the space it provided for us. Brian was very responsive when it came to our arrival and understanding of our long travel from Florida. Look forward to booking there again soon!

Great place to stay with a lot of charm. Location is perfect, right in the center of things. Great tiki bar across the street. Host was very communicative and quick to respond. We’ll be coming back for sure!

Everything was perfect. Lots of little extras, super clean. Comfortable beds. Very nice house. A nice fenced backyard for the dogs.

The home looks brand new, better than the description and photos posted. The kids were excited to see dolphins swim and play in the water nearby by each day. A great getaway. If you don't already have a boat, be sure to bring some kayaks or a canoe to take advantage of the ramp to paddle in the nearby creeks!

Exceeded my expectations! Extremely clean! Comfortable bed! Loved the wall art and small touches; had everything that I needed- It was the perfect size for me. Great neighborhood! Walkable in minutes to water, downtown and Tryon Palace! Well maintained, any issue had a quick response and resolution. Stayed for four months. I want to but the apartment!

Jennifers home was wonderful! It was perfect for our family and our fur-babies! We had wonderful stay at her home, and will definitely stay again.
