The hedgehog LOPIC is a 135 m2 single-storey house with steps with a fenced garden of 800 m2 with private pool and petanque court, comfortably accommodating 10 adults. Our home is located in Cours de Pile in Périgord Pourpre. Close to Bergerac (5km), Monbazillac (10km) or the slopes of Pécharmant, you are also close to Sarlat and the Eyzies, and many tourist sites such as Lascaux... A shopping center is only 3km from the house.

15 minutes walk to the train station and the center. The studio is on the ground floor of our house with a separate entrance. Double bed + sofa bed. Parking is on the sidewalk (unless otherwise indicated, if we are not there). Duvets, blankets, pillows provided. Extra linens and towels at €3 per person. We have a cat who is an expert in the art of crashing... generally cute but clingy ;-) Great barbecue available, as pictured ^^

The farmhouse is rustic and so wonderfully peaceful. We spent nearly a whole day on the patio in the shade of a beautiful tree and just enjoying the peace, beautiful weather, and ambiance. The location is outside of villages and you definitely need a car. There is a small town about a 10 min drive away that has a wonderful boulangerie (Gabriel’s) that we frequented. It is also near the Dordogne river and a 45-60 min drive from Beynac-et-Cazenac and the beautiful small towns (and canoeing on the Dordogne between Vitrac and Beynac).

Well-equipped accommodation, good bedding. Well located 5 minutes' drive from Bergerac. The apartment overlooks a nice small inner courtyard. On the other side, it overlooks a busy street, but the double-glazed windows and electric blackout shutters offer good soundproofing from outside noise.
