Waterfront vacation rentals in County Wexford

We spent 7 wonderful nights at our accommodation in Wexford when visiting family for the first time. The apartment was directly across from the Wexford Key with stunning water views as well as being only a 3min walk to the main street in Wexford where we found plenty of Irish pubs (fav was Bugler Doyals) and lots of stores for shopping. Padraig was wonderful to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. The instruction manual on the counter was a great help and was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay again on our next trip to Wexford...

In the historic center of Muin Bheag, this apartment stay was terrific. It’s private, spacious, and clean. The town restaurants are easily walkable.

Gemma's apartment is ideal if you are looking for a charming and at the same time quiet and cozy place. Great location and well served by an adjacent supermarket and a restaurant/cafe, tea room for breakfast and/or meals. The accommodation is perfectly clean as well as very tasteful and equipped with everything you need. We felt really at home, also because Gemma, like me, is a very loyal customer of IKEA and JYSK, so we have the same blankets and the same dishes hahaha 😂 All around beautiful walks and, by renting a bike, also for cyclists 🚴 We hope to be back again!

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation. Beautiful views overlooking the river and town. The apartment was easy to find and in the centre of all things happening in the area. Very clean, tidy and comfortable inside. JJ was easy to communicate with and very helpful before our arrival. I don’t have one negative thing to say about our experience here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait for our next visit!

This is a lovely, well-equipped apartment in the center of Wexford, with fabulous views, overlooking the Quayside. Shirley was a joy to deal with. Everything was perfect.

This place is the place to stay in Wexford! It is right in the center of town, close to restaurants and pubs, and walking distance to bus and train station! We made use of the kitchen with a French press and all cooking equipment! Also, Aldi’s is right down the street. The bed is comfortable, too. There was a washing machine in the kitchen. Lots of room for storing luggage and to move around the apartment. The best thing was the view of the Harbour and all the ships. The sunrise was beautiful every morning and the large windows made it look ven better. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation to Wexford, Ireland! 🇮🇪

Sandra is an amazing host and communicated very well with us. The house was absolutely wonderful and there were so many amenities. Sandra also gave great recommendations and made sure we had the best stay possible!

5 of us traveled to Eire to visit family in the area, the house is amazing, each couple had en-suite bedrooms which was really comfortable for all, the space in general is ginormous allowing everyone their own space , the outside area and BBQ were an additional bonus, the hot water and heating was all we could ask for and the open fire was cozy. WIFI AND TV channels choice was perfect. We had family visit for dinner one evening and the house was well able to accommodate all plus a few guests , we will certainly be using Cahore House again for visits to Wexford

I cannot say enough about our stay at Emmett’s place. We knew walking through the door for the first time, this place felt like home. We found the living area and kitchen sectioned off from the bedrooms which was such a pleasant discovery. This way some could go to bed early while others stayed up and watched movies and no sound reached the rooms. The location is the most spectacular thing about this house. They are not kidding when they say you have a complete ocean view. You go out the backyard through the back gate and turn right, walk five minutes and you are at the most beautiful beach. If you turn left you head down to a gorgeous pier where kids were jumping off into the water and a small public beach, that had an amazing restaurant and takeout restaurant. We loved eating dinner at The Strand and take away pizzas from Sea biscuit. The weather was beautiful while we were visiting and we had many recommendations from Emmett that kept our family busy while we were in town. Loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house. The setting was incredibly calm and peaceful—perfect for unwinding and disconnecting. The home itself was tastefully decorated, spotless, and just steps from the beach. What made the experience even better was the host’s responsiveness—always quick to reply and very helpful throughout. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing coastal escape.

Just beautiful. Such an amazing house to stay in while visiting family in Enniscorthy. We will be back!

Myself and my partner travelled down to this home to have a nice little get away . That was exactly what we got , we luckily had the whole home to ourselves and it was absolutely beautiful . Our pet dog Hugo enjoyed his stay and really enjoyed the beautiful space in the garden . The views are amazing and the sound of the birds singing all day long is so soothing and relaxing . The house has everything you need and is so spacious and well decorated , amazing kitchen too and lovely dining area to enjoy meals . The only downside was that the downstairs bed was so creaky that if anyone turns left or right it makes so much noise that it woke up up and also there is some sort of alarm upstairs that beeps I think every 1 min it’s quite loud which can be a little bit annoying at night while trying to sleep . Other than these 2 very minor areas the house is perfect and josie is a fantastic host who is excellent with her communication. I would recommend this house to anyone who ! I would go back

It was lovely staying here for the week. Rory and his wife were always available If needed. Very welcoming hosts. We would highly recommend this air b and b it had everything we needed for our stay. We would love to stay again when in Wexford. Patrick and Francesca.

This airbnb was beyond our expectations. From the drive in seeing all the beautiful manicured lawns to the home itself nestled on top of a beautiful hill overlooking the river and pastures. Alan welcomed us with a warm smile and answers to all of our questions. He was very responsive with communication which made the visit comfortable. The walking path along the river is a must, filled with beautiful scenery and wildlife. The Airbnb was stocked with breakfast items, snacks, and drinks such as coffee, tea, orange juice and milk. Everything you could need for relaxing calm getaway with a stunning view and immaculate grounds to walk. I can't recommend this place enough, we will be back next time!

Pauls apartment is beautiful and immaculately clean. Paul gave clear instructions for check in. We were in walking distance to the beach, chippers, chinese, hotels and centra. The grounds has a play park which was great for the kids. We were very lucky with the weather the weekend we visited and the beach is fabulous. I highly recommend Pauls apartment for a beach get away. Thank you

The flat was more spacious than we expected, and the views from the windows and balcony were stunning! We didn’t use the kitchen much but it seems well-appointed for use. The location is amazing - Wexford was just a convenient stopover for us, but we ended up doing some shopping and eating some amazing food, all just minutes walk from the flat. One note: the mattress in the en suite bedroom is a couple of notches nicer than the ones in the other rooms, which we wish we’d realized in time for the 50 year olds to sleep on it. But the other beds should be fine for younger bodies. Sandra was very responsive when we had an issue with the hot water (a previous guest had turned off the heater). Overall a great stay, and recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place with its direct view of the River Barrow. The location was perfect, with many great destinations nearby like Kilkenny, Waterford, and the Rock of Cashel. Sheona was a wonderful host.
