Restored 2 storey grain barn, with all the original beams and stonework. 10 minutes from Callan. Kilkenny city is 25 minutes away and Cashel is 35 minutes. Clonmel 25 minutes. Down a short laneway. Lots of trees and pleasant countryside. We have cows and sheep here. Complimentary free range eggs and fresh spring water from our well. Friendly dogs, who love people! The bedroom area upstairs is divided into two bedrooms. You will be assured of a friendly warm welcome. Plenty of birdsong!

I am so grateful for the two nights I stayed at Roz and Roy's lovely home! Not only were the house and grounds stunning, Roz and Roy made the stay feel like I was staying with friends, sharing their food and stories with me (like many others have said, Roz is a wonderful cook!). I also enjoyed meeting their cute dogs and learning about their sustainable garden. A beautiful and peaceful way to spend two days.

Perfect very classy two night stay near the end of our holiday. Christina’s breakfast was absolutely delicious. Real plunger coffee. Really nice sitting room and dining area. Beautiful garden & very nice pub for dinner nearby. Christine phoned ahead and made a booking for us at the castle in the “pub library“ for dinner on one night. Christine also gave us an idea for a superb 7 km hike on the Castle grounds, that we accessed via a short walk from the B&B.

From the minute we met John he was so helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and everything was ok. He made us feel right at home. Id have no problem staying there again. It is such a beautiful spot you could just sit outside and admire the view. We will definitely be back.

Theresa and her husband are very friendly. If you need something, they always help you. They like to chat, if you want, and recommend what to do, where to go, and how to do it. I was accompanying some students on a cultural exchange and I didn't have much to do, so I was able to work in the common areas as if I were at home.
