A Private space with own entrance and private outside patio area. A living room with mini fridge, kettle and breakfast Bar. A double bedroom with a kingsize bed and spacious bathroom. Located in a very Private, peaceful area with the forest behind the house for long walks, and views of the Commeragh mountains from the accommodation and Sliabh na mban just over the hill. We are just 10 minutes from the N76 and 20 minutes from the Waterford/Dublin motorway, exit 10 at kocktopher. I have 4 dogs.

This possibly has to be one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in to date. From the moment I booked it to locking up after my stay it was just a great experience. Ethel was an absolutely fantastic host, the house is absolutely beautiful and spotless. We had a big group of friends and family stay and not one complaint from anyone in the group. The beds were comfy, the shower was to die for, the boardgames and the BBQ came in so handy for our lovely sunny weekend too. Ethel was proactive in recommendations and suggestions for the weekend that I never even thought to ask about. The rooms are bigger than what they look like in the photos. We genuinely didn't want to leave at all. Any questions that we had were answered immediately and nothing was too much trouble. I have a feeling that it won't be our last time staying with Ethel :)

We only stayed one night but had a lovely family evening in front of a roaring log fire, a great sleep surrounded by total quiet and then a great breakfast looking out across the valley. The Christmas tree and decorations were up and we really liked how the home was both incredibly spacious but also very homely. Loved it all!
