Caroline’s apartment is spacious, clean and well maintained, with a full range of modern appliances. It’s in a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from the tram and an excellent Boulangerie (go there for breakfast) and just a few minutes more on to the Circuit de La Sarthe. Caroline was communicative and responsive throughout the booking process and welcoming during our stay. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend the apartment.

We came as part of the organization of our friend's bachelorette party, there were 8 of us, each had their own bed, the cleanliness of the apartment was there, we had a lovely stay. Second stay at Émilie's, apartment still as clean and pretty. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy anything this time because the flu kept me bedridden as soon as I arrived, but Émilie was extremely understanding and accommodating to help me as much as possible. I thank her for that.

The house is extremely well located, peaceful and close to the Le Mans circuit. Perfect for a Grand Prix or 24-hour weekend. It takes ten to fifteen minutes to get there. The house is well appointed and equipped. The veranda is perfect for spending well-deserved restful evenings after a day of touring. Catherine is a very accommodating and friendly host. The "special" weekend price of the tour is high, like all accommodation in the area, because there are many requests. But the location close to the circuit is a big advantage. On a "normal" weekend the location and accommodation are to be remembered for a very pleasant stay. Thank you to Catherine.

We were hosted very well in a very beautiful house, old farmhouse renovated with talent. Every room in the house is very nice. Indoor pool more than enough to cool off. it was very good.

Great house, where everything has been thought out for comfort: from the huge garage for several cars, to the kitchen equipment, the comfort of the beds, the decor, in a peaceful neighborhood; Pauline follows us attentively and very courteously to anticipate the slightest problem... but there aren't any!

What to say about this PERFECT house; perfect location, perfect layout, perfect cleanliness, perfect host. In short, you will have understood, if you have a stay to spend close to Le Mans, no hesitation it is this house that must be rented.

Great stay spent in this cottage composed of 2 apartments and 3 bedrooms. Shared Terrace & Spa. Oriane was available to inquire or guide us. Beautiful environment with a few animals in a pen just next door. Despite this, the place remains very quiet and we have only rubbed shoulders with a few neighbors hosted at the same time as us. Everything is beautiful and well decorated. A few tables outside. Possibility to make a very nice barbecue. The kitchen is a bit small but sufficiently equipped for a stay for two with outings in the area. Bedding in a very good condition, as well as the crib. Parking nearby. Small grocery store with dishes made of jars that greatly troubleshoot as well as other products (honey, syrup, terrines, beers, ice cream, etc.). In short, an idyllic pied-à-terre to explore the region or chill by the pool and beard!
