This space is AMAZING... to the smallest details, it conquers everything. Any qualification is below what it represents when we are hosted. As for the HOST, what an INCREDIBLE person, REQUESTS... I will return a thousand times. I loved it

The atmosphere is really as described in the listing (cozy, beautiful and organized). The host responded quickly and clarified all our doubts. The concierge team is also very helpful, attentive and kind. Regarding the neighborhood's safety… there are many homeless people and drug users scattered around the square (something common in any Brazilian state), but just be cautious and don't fool around. Finally, the stay was good and I would possibly stay in the same place again.

I had an excellent stay! The place is exactly the same as in the pictures, very clean, organized and cozy. Location is great, close to everything I needed. The host was very attentive, responded quickly and made me feel very comfortable. Without a doubt, I recommend and hope to return soon!

The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet location, easy to access. Plenty of activity in the area, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.

The apartment and building facilities are identical to the photos. The host helps with directions to the subway, iFood, restaurants, bakery. It has an iron and hair dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has a beautiful view even though it's in São Paulo. Very top-notch gym, it has a heated pool too. It was so cold that we didn't even need the air conditioning. The bath is wonderful and there is a grocery store and a snack bar on the ground floor of the building. I highly recommend it and it will already be a point of support in the next trips to São Paulo.

Alexandre and his son Renato were extremely helpful and kind to me and the rest of the guests. The house is very large and has accommodated 3 couples with great tranquility, well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable rooms. One of my surprises was that, despite being a well wooded place and with a nearby lake, it did not have so many insects and pernilongs (only a few spiders, but on the outside, where hahahaha is to be expected). I would definitely stay in this house again, since it was perfect to get away a little from the rush of the city.

Evaristo and Marcio always responded promptly to any need or question about the house. The house is very beautiful as in the photos and equipped with important objects for the stay. It has a separate gourmet space, which was important. The only observation was that the pool was not heated at the time we were there. The rest was wonderful. Good internet connection (you can work from there), flexible check-in, ample space for families and pets.

The stay at Cris's house was wonderful for our entire family! There were 15 of us, including grandchildren, grandparents, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law and children, and the space accommodated everyone very comfortably. Without words to describe how nice it was to spend the carnival at Malu's house. All tidy, clean sheets, house was spotless and in person is even more beautiful than in the pictures. Communication with Malu was the best experience I had with Airbnb, I felt that she treated me like a friend, always worried and super helpful. I loved the house and the Malu is a 1000. The day before Giovanna already gave us all the instructions about check-in, entering the house, places like markets, cafes and restaurants, always very proactive, attentive and helpful. He quickly solved a problem with the entrance at the same time we reported it. About the house, completely impeccable, very comfortable, cozy, very beautiful. Our entire experience was impeccable.
