What an amazing space! There's no better definition for this accommodation. I booked the space for a birthday party, and I was able to accommodate just over 30 people (between guests and the buffet staff). From the beginning of the reservation, I had an excellent interaction with Ana and her daughter Vitória. They even offered a lot of support to the buffet staff. The location is easy to access, close to SP at Km21, we had no difficulty with traffic or with the arrival. Still, we received detailed instructions from Ana that made the arrival even easier. Finally, it is noted that it is an extremely well-kept, well-equipped space, which conveys in the details the affection and zeal of the hosts. I loved the space, the guests loved it and we all had a wonderful afternoon/evening!

The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

The house is delicious, better than the photos. There is a lot of tranquility, comfort and peace in the residence. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and the bed and bath linens are fragrant. We had a wonderful weekend. The hosts were receptive and helped us with local recommendations. We loved it! I hope to come back again and again.

Grace is an excellent host. From the beginning, with great communication, he sent us explanatory videos of the way, how to enter the place, tips on what we could do. When we arrived at the place, she was pestering us not to receive her in person. As we got on the bus, there was a delicious smell. Everything is arranged and cared for in the smallest details. We had a problem with the power outage, but we were promptly in contact to be able to resolve it as quickly as possible. And on top of that, it increased our check-out time due to what happened. Our lodging at Ricardo's house was impeccable, house is beautiful and comfortable, well-equipped we don't miss anything. I took my little dogs who felt at home too! The atmosphere is really as described in the listing (cozy, beautiful and organized). The host responded quickly and clarified all our doubts. The concierge team is also very helpful, attentive and kind. Regarding the neighborhood's safety… there are many homeless people and drug users scattered around the square (something common in any Brazilian state), but just be cautious and don't fool around. Finally, the stay was good and I would possibly stay in the same place again.

We arrived at the accommodation 3 hours before check-in and Luciano kindly let us check in early. The loft is centrally located, close to several tourist attractions. The loft is exactly like the listing photos. We loved the stay and would recommend Luciano's accommodation.

The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet location, easy to access. Plenty of activity in the area, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.

The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The room on the second floor has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very helpful in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with a great view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5-minute walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.
