Excellent hosting and Virginia's recommendations to follow The building is old, but the apartment is excellent, clean, tidy, the furniture is good. The building is particularly well located in the historic center of Morlaix. Numerous shops and restaurants nearby. The catering deli just below is excellent. Free Intermarché parking 200 meters away. On the amenities side, perfect. There is a microwave with grill function, but a small oven would be a must in this apartment (it's true that we spent a week with one meal a day in the apartment). I would highly recommend it.

Very nice apartment, with large bay window overlooking Trestel. Perfect for watching surfers and waves in real time. There were 7 of us (5 kids) and the space is well organized to live together without (too) stepping on. Modern and impeccable amenities. Easy communication with Pascale who has a permanence at the residence reception. To be repeated!

Great location, as described. Perfect for hikers like us. It's an atypical place. We felt very good there. The kind of place that stands out. We will gladly go back. P.S. My husband is 1.85 m, even if sometimes he had to lower his head, he liked the place and wants to stop there again. 😃

We had a lovely stay at Laetitia and her husband's place. The studio is well furnished, tastefully decorated and everything is there, nothing is missing. Laetitia even took care of finding us a high chair which greatly facilitated our stay with our 10-month-old daughter. Thanks again for that. The garden is beautiful and the view from the accommodation is very relaxing. Several touches were present upon arrival🥚🐔🍫, small details that make a difference. Laetitia remained very available when needed or if there were any questions. We warmly recommend this listing 👌

This is a beautiful location with stunning beaches, and coastline and wonderful market towns all around. The property has a lovely swimming pool and the place we stayed was very well equipped. There were lots of extras, like beautiful flowers, a delivery each morning of bread and croissants, coffee machine with lots of spare coffee pods. Every little detail to make a very special holiday has been thought about. Jacqueline is a wonderful host who is very helpful and puts a lot of effort into making sure everything is just perfect for your holiday. We have been to this area a lot of times but this is the best holiday we have had, we cannot recommend this place enough.

Despite the positive review, there are a few important issues to note here. 'Leavetown' is actually 'Odalys Domaine des Roches Jaunes' holiday residence. Odlays have some questionable policies including inflated wifi rates, charged per user per day, with the 3/4G internet connection coincidentally blocked from the flats. They also charge to use the TV and the BBQ... Despite the issues mentioned I would highly recommend staying here. The location is right on the beach, the staff are friendly, the place is clean. Maison Kerdies is a Michelin recommended restaurant within walking distance.

My parents stayed with Sylvaine. They were delighted and recommend it. The space matches the description as well as the photos, or bigger than we imagined. Beaches are close by, and close to amenities. We would recommend this listing. See you soon!

Very happy with our stay. Accommodation a little far from the center and the beach but we had a car so it was no problem. Sofa mattress a little uncomfortable but nothing very annoying. Very nice terrace and functional and equipped apartment.

Home with a great sea view and granite coastline! Very well equipped and clean. Parking space is convenient. We were a family of 4 and the apartment was spacious enough for a week. Restaurants and pool at the foot of the building. And beautiful walking tours within reach. We had a very nice week despite the weather!

Pascale's place is highly recommended! The beautiful photos correspond to the location, the surroundings and the view. The house is very spacious and very well equipped. We were particularly grateful to Pascale: she picked us up from the train station in Paimpol and gave many hints, all of which were very useful. After all, she helped us extraordinarily organize a taxi for departure, which was great!

A great place to discover the coast of Granite Rose and Perros Guirec... even if we already knew the region. Shops and beach within 5 min walk. Lots of bars and restaurants, as well as the casino. This is also the departure point for the boats to the 7 islands. The city center of Perros is 15/20 min but it's very good. The accommodation is spacious, bright and perfectly equipped for a couple as well as for a family with children. Impeccable cleanliness. Very nice view, the jacuzzi and the terrace a real plus! Manon interacts with kindness and responsiveness. We recommend this property. Hope to see you again! 😉

Very good stay at Morgane's, ideal villa for a stay with friends! Despite the rainy weather, we were able to enjoy the indoor pool! Very well-equipped house otherwise

Jean Luc is a welcoming, smiling and caring host. The house is very functional, the terrace and the outside very nice, if you have children, full of games and possible activities. We will definitely be back for a longer stay!!

The house is in a very pleasant and very quiet environment close to beaches and points of interest. The super U is a few hundred meters from the house, too convenient! The garden is a real plus, especially with children! The accommodation is well-equipped, impeccably clean, and what a pleasure to find the beds made on arrival!(The bedding is extremely comfortable). Didier and Patricia were very welcoming and warm, they bent over backwards to make our stay easier and share their love of the region. Thank you +++ for the loan of bicycles, the children enjoyed it 😊 The foosball available in the living room allowed us to spend fun evenings as a family! In short, a lovely week in a beautiful region, thank you to our hosts!!!!

We had a nice stay at Carole's. The house is as described in the listing and it is well located 20 minutes from the Saint Brieuc beaches. We have everything you need to cook and sleep. We would recommend this listing.
