Este compusa din doua dormitoare mari cu pat dublu, un dormitor mai mic pentru copii, două băi, chicinetă (plita cu inductie, prajitor de paine, vesela etc.), terasa si curte. Pereții sunt din piatră, ceea ce face ca temperatura să fie foarte placuta in orice moment al zilei. Acest corp de casă face parte dintr-o proprietate mai mare, cu încă două spații asemănătoare. Ideală pentru familii.

The marble terrace and garden are situated in the backyard, with acces both from the living room, as well as from the ping pong room. Beach is 10 minutes away and Vama Veche is 10 km away, easily reachable with a car. The kitchen is outdoor and there are 2 bathrooms, one indoor and one outdoor with a shower separated from when you come from the beach. Also, you have the possibility to dry your clothes outside, right after you come from the beach. You also have a grill available for you, a seesaw and 2 hammocks.
