Great location. Spacious apartments. Peaceful and quiet condominium. Kind and proactive host. Well-furnished apartment. Outlets are all 220V, it is a point of attention for those who want to take home appliances and electronics themselves.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the apartment of Ana. All very clean , tidy, and functional. Air conditioning in all comforts and many kitchen utensils. It is on the first floor but we did not have any problems with noise, the condominium is silent and the street tb. Easy access to the beach , we were walking quietly, very close. Nearby trading facilitates a lot. We went to a very close pizzeria.

Location, cost benefit, cleanliness and the place is magical! Everything was perfect.

Excellent accommodation, very clean, organized, great furniture, clean bed and bath linens available, the house was great, bright and airy, air conditioning in all rooms. Mr. Ernesto was very efficient, sent several directions and maps of places to visit, very polite. I will return more often for sure.

I went with my wife and daughter. We loved the stay. A place integrated with the Atlantic Forest, very spacious, quiet and exactly as shown in the photos. Great value for money. We stayed for 4 days and Claudia was always attentive and very polite when needed. We will return as soon as possible!

It was very nice, home well clean and organized.

I highly recommend to stay at Maria’s house. It is spacious, clean and has everything you need. It is also ideally located close the beach and the centre. Maria and her family are very kind and welcoming . They even prepared coffee and cake at our arrival. Maria sent us many recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to eat. We were sad to leave and we wanted to stay longer .

The host was responsive and cordial in conversations. The space corresponds to the amount paid, and can easily accommodate 8 people, in addition to being located on a very quiet street and a few meters from the beach. It makes up for a lot!

Excellent stay in Hicham's apartment, very comfortable in the place, the truth to recommend and come back every time we are in Ubatuba, a pleasure to have stayed in that nice place. Hicham is very attentive and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

The owner Ana Paula was very friendly and attentive, the caretaker Mr Petrônio served us very well, the apartment is great, large, clean, well located, close to snack bars and ice cream shops, it is possible to reach the beach on foot. The condo is very well maintained, the common areas well clean and organized, the pool clean, trimmed grass, I recommend!

We had an amazing time! The location is great, the condominium is very good, the staff too. The house is very well equipped with everything of high quality. Dishes, cutlery, platters, glasses, bowls, appliances… many beach chairs, ball, board… I would go back and recommend it.

The AP is like the pictures. Hot water in the kitchen. Full kitchen. Wonderful shower. Good fireplace. Enough space and cozy. Mt tkl the place, quiet. However, to get to the center you have to have your own car or Uber. I highly recommend it. And I'd stay again.

Luciana's accommodation, managed by Rossana, is perfect! Returning from the beach, there are vigorous showers, comfortable beds, good quality bed and bath linens, soft and fragrant. Arriving at the peak, dive into the pool. Zero regrets! The apartment is great! Clean, cozy, large, spacious. A charm! The gourmet balcony is perfect for a family barbecue. The kitchen has everything you need. Highlight for the two refrigerators, the good washing machine and the variety of appliances. The condominium is safe, clean, with friendly staff. Third time in Ubatuba and it was the best location. Although the nearby beach is not good, there are fantastic walks from there, and it is worth walking on the boardwalk. Itaguá is a central neighborhood for trips to the southern and northern beaches, in addition to having everything nearby (restaurants, snack bars, bakeries, markets,...), in addition to Tamar and the aquarium. And Rossana is a ninja at solving problems. Don't worry! This is my home in Ubatuba!
