Bus at the development's door to downtown. Apartment inside a villa, with a swimming pool and garden in a private development (common areas within the property), surrounded by countryside, quiet and comfortable. Small pets are welcome. It is located on a pedestrian street in the Lower Albayzin, 300 m. from Plaza Nueva, a largely pedestrian UNESCO heritage district. Thanks to the location you will not need the car and you can walk to the most emblematic places of Granada.

Una casa de dos plantas recién restaurada, que conserva muchos elementos originales, sus suelos hidráulicos, puertas y vigas de madera de castaño. Toda la primera planta tiene increíbles vistas a las montañas a través de un gran mirador. Recibidor con baño, cocina, salón y comedor además de una cama de 90x200.
