Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Costa del Silencio

Uns hat es super gefallen und die Unterkunft war genau wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Besonders hervorzuheben möchten wir, dass die Wohnung wirklich sehr sauber war und die Küche gut ausgestattet ist! Poris de Abona ist ein nettes kleines Dorf, mit einem Sand/Kies-Strand und auch einer kleinen Promenade mit Liegeflächen und Badeleitern. Ebenfalls verfügt der Ort über eine gute Anbindung an die Schnellstraße wodurch man einfach die ganze Insel erkunden kann. Hier haben uns die Tipps von Susanna super gefallen und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die Terrasse der Wohnung mit Sonnenliegen ist ruhig und gemütlich. Zum Meer sind es zu Fuß ca. 5min. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Rund um hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

We had a lovely time time, we took our 3 children and there was plenty of space, they loved the dipping pool. It only took 10 mins to walk to Siam Park and the mall is at the bottom of the road which has a supermarket. Everything was as described and the views are amazing. When we come back to Tenerife we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you, we had a great stay.

Mir hat der Aufenthalt bei Arlette sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau meinen Vorstellungen. Gerade die Aussicht und die ruhige Atmosphäre war für mich ein enormer Pluspunkt!

Die Unterkunft ist ein schönes Juwel. Zum Glück hatten wir sehr zeitig gebucht, sonst wäre es weg gewesen. Wir können es nur jedem weiter empfehlen. Auch hat Lupe uns mit vielen Tips aus der Umgebung versorgt und uns auch immer ein Gefühlt, des willkommen-seins gegeben.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Armando ! Les instructions pour trouver et accéder au logement étaient très claires, ce qui nous a permis de commencer notre séjour en toute tranquillité. Le logement est charmant et calme, avec une magnifique terrasse offrant une vue apaisante sur le Teide – un vrai plaisir au lever comme au coucher du soleil. C’est un point de départ idéal pour explorer l’ouest de Tenerife, randonner autour du Teide ou découvrir les villages alentour. Merci à Armando pour sa disponibilité.

La villa est incroyable. Grande, belle, une vue exceptionnelle. Le jaccuzi face au coucher du soleil est un gros plus. Les hôtes nous ont donnés beaucoup de conseils, ils ont étaient prévenant, réactif aux messages. Tout était parfait. Je recommande vivement !

The apartment from Natalia & John was great! Within walking distance from good restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. So very central but in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything we could think of was there; beach umbrellas and chairs included. They allowed us to do a late check out which was very nice. We very much recommend this house in Alcala if you want to explore Tenerife and you don’t like the big resorts and the very touristic places like los cristianos.

Ce logement est un petit paradis sur Terre!! Lorsque l'on arrive nous sommes totalement dépaysé dans un petit cocon de verdure. La piscine est un régale autant pour les adultes que les enfants. Le logement était très propre et très bien entretenu comme toutes les installations et infrastructures. Ana est une hôte très réactivité et à l'écoute toujours prête à répondre pour nous aider au moindre problème. Le personnel a toujours été a la fois très polit, serviable et discret. Nous reviendrons avec très grand plaisir et sans hésiter dans ce petit paradis.

Die Unterkunft war ideal für den Trip nach Tenerifa. Die Gastgeber haben immer schnell auf Fragen reagiert und den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern und der Pool war auch sehr sauber!

La casa di Maria si trova in un quartiere molto tranquillo e pratico come punto di partenza per escursioni. A pochi passi da casa una splendida baia che offre i primi scorci di una bellissima isola. Nel quartiere tanti ristoranti e supermercati. La casa offre tutto il necessario. Grazie a Maria e Tamara per l'ospitalità..

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely holiday home. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout, which made everything easy from the start. The property itself was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private pool and jacuzzi were a real bonus — perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The area is peaceful and quiet, even though it’s under a flight path; the planes didn’t bother us at all. There’s a HyperDino supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, which was super convenient. We also ate at Lizzie’s Bistro a couple of times (about a 15-minute walk) — highly recommend it! The food was freshly cooked and delicious. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and would definitely return!

Das Apartment hat die perfekte Ausgangslage, um mit dem Auto die Insel zu erkunden. In 2 Minuten ist man am Strand, den man auch vom Balkon aus sieht und die Restaurants in der Nähe sind super. Wie schon in anderen Rezensionen erwähnt, sind die Wände sehr dünn und man hört im Schlafzimmer den Fernseher der Nachbarn sehr laut, mit Oropax war es ok. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war perfekt und die Waschmaschine neu und sehr sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder, danke!

Excellente semaine passée dans le logement de Lucia. L'appartement est en parfait état, il y a vraiment tout ce dont peux avoir besoin une famille avec enfants (vaisselles enfants, parasol, jeux de plages...). C'est très calme. On se sent comme à la maison et les enfants aussi. La literie est très bonne, nous avons très bien dormi. Le quartier est calme et résidentiel. Le parking fermé est très pratique. Lucia est accueillante et prévenante. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Siamo appena rientrati da un soggiorno di 10 giorni e siamo stati benissimo. L’alloggio è come nelle foto, la pulizia è ottima. Bagno comodo, cucina con spazio per rilassarsi dopo aver mangiato e comoda camera da letto con un bell armadio. La zona è molto tranquilla, pulita e si respira un clima di vacanze. Siamo stati felicissimi di questa vacanza Luigi è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi informazione

appartamento con ampio balcone con vista mare laterale in stile canariano in un complesso residenziale sulla costa del silenzio, molto tranquillo e ben gestito con possibilità di parcheggio su strada e accesso alle piscine del complesso che sono davvero belle e a picco sul mare. l'appartamento è ben servito di tutto l'essenziale e la nostra Mara, responsabile dell'accoglienza e della pulizia della casa è stata davvero super attenta cordiale e disponibile AD ogni nostra esigenza! tutto funzionale e in ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. perfetto per chi vuole visitare Tenerife lontano dai soliti luoghi superaffollati e sovrapprezzati. in pochi minuti raggiungi qualsiasi luogo dell'isola in macchina senza problemi! sicuramente consigliato.

Das Apartment ist mit zwei sehr nahe gelegenen Bushaltestellen vom Flughafen sehr gut zu erreichen. Es ist ein kleines, gepflegtes Apartment, welches zu zweit gut bewohnbar ist. Je nach Körpergröße kann die Schlafmöglichkeit etwas klein sein (mit 198cm wird es langsam eng). Die Küche ist mit der Kücheninsel zum Kochen gut geeignet, auch wenn der Herd ein wenig klein ist. Der Balkon ist gemütlich und man hat an klaren Tagen von dort einen schönen Ausblick auf den Teide. Supermärkte sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Restaurants und Bars sind auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite, sorgen allerdings auch für eine gewisse Lautstärke. Das Meer ist in 10-15min zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Gegend ist ansonsten nicht allzuviel los, wer also auf der Suche nach einem kleinen Apartment zum erholen ist, ist hier richtig.

The apartment is very well equipped with everything a traveler needs. Location is very quiet and peaceful. Extremely easy communication with the host. We have never said this before- but if Tenerife - we will come back again.

Tolle Unterkunft. Nicht weit weg vom Pool, an dem immer genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme waren. Gastgeber war sehr nett und super flexibel: Unser Flieger war wegen eines medizinischen Notfalls mit Zwischenlandung 1,5 Stunden später am Ziel. War gar kein Problem. Da am Abflugtag nicht gleich neue Gäste kamen, durften wir an dem Tag länger im Apartment bleiben. 100% Weiterempfehlung.

The apartment is exactly like the photos. The best part is the pool, which is so close, that the kids could enjoy it alone also. The couch is big enough for two kids, but not two adults. Everything was good, the host was very nice and responded quickly. Would recommend.

Super séjour, l’hôte est très très réactif en cas de besoin. L’hôte respecte notre intimité et c’est très agréable. Le logement est très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement de plus la piscine est super agréable! Je recommande !

We have just had a great few days at Carmen Rosa’s apartment. When we got there we met Tamara’s mother who made us so welcome!! We were after a complete chill out break and this is what we got. The apartment I had everything you need, including a large balcony terrance which catches the sun most of the day. I would certainly recommend a car for your visit. There are a couple of local supermarkets but 2 larger ones (including a Lidl) only a few minutes drive away. The apartment is spotlessly clean. We enjoyed just sitting watching the boats come in and out of the harbour. I would really recommend This apartment.

Lovely flat in a peaceful area right by the beach, comfortably furnished and well-equipped. There’s a scenic coastal trail just next to the flat that’s perfect for watching the sunrise. Although there was some construction nearby, it wasn’t disruptive at all. Laura was a wonderful host—very welcoming and checked in multiple times to see if I needed anything. The only minor drawback is that, being on the ground floor, the flat doesn’t get a lot of natural light. However, it’s not a big issue, especially if you keep the window open.
