Quiet and peaceful, pools, ocean

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The ocean is but a few steps away. Stress free and with salt water pools. The location for a relaxing and refreshing holiday. Located on the south coast of the island, on the first sea line of the tourist area called "Costa del Silencio", closed to the supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants with international cuisine, banks, bus stops, fish market, yacht club and beach. Tourist areas, water parks and night life are 20 minutes drive.

The modern white building is set amongst lush greenery and palm trees. Large glass windows reflect the sky, providing a bright and airy feel. A gated entrance is visible, while a combination of tropical plants and climbing vines adorns the front wall.

Accommodation in a very peaceful residence for a relaxing stay for families or groups of friends. Two bedrooms: one double, queen size bed 160/200. The other with two 90/190 beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room. Flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen with bar, oven, stove, dishwasher. Bathroom with bathtub-shower and washing machine. Terrace with BBQ, Community pool, Original "Playa Amarilla" beach 300 m away. Shopping mall with supermarket and several restaurants right next door.

A unique place with its own personality. Renovated and modern apartment at the foot of the yellow mountain with a spectacular ocean view. Every morning you can see a fantastic sunrise sitting on your terrace. the room is upstairs and has a magnificent balcony. The bathroom, living room, and kitchen are on the ground floor. There is also a terrace where you can eat or drink with ocean views. The apartment and bedroom can only be accessed by stairs. NO MINORS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD
