thank you for a fantastic stay. welcome wine was a lovely touch. the apartment was immaculate. bed was incredibly comfortable. I love that there is a floor heater. kitchen was fully-equipped. great location. walking distance to the supermarket, mall and beach. private parking. quiet and relaxing with 4 pools and several Jacuzzis to choose from. and a pool bar too. garden was well taken cared of. a few hiccups here and there but staff were very polite, responsive and apologetic. would definitely come back. I already recommended the apartment to my friends and associates planning to visit orihuela this year. it was a true home away from home.

When we first arrived at Paradisun, we were a bit skeptical despite the promising pictures. But as soon as we saw the stunning garden and the blue sea, our doubts vanished. Our second-floor apartment (#6) offered breathtaking sea views, even better than the photos. The apartment was spotless, with A/C and TVs in every room, and a spacious kitchen with a sea view. The balcony was a lovely bonus. The garden was spacious and well-maintained, with a great pool and direct access to the sea. We sometimes cooked dinner in the apartment and enjoyed it in the garden, which was a fantastic experience. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the nearby grocery store made shopping easy. Jose was very helpful with e.g. arranging meals from local places. A special shoutout to the friendly staff who kept everything tidy. Paradisun is perfect for a relaxing vacation, and I highly recommend it!

Highly recommended! For both the home and the reception. Friendly and decisive staff. Everything was clean and beautiful. To repeat! To top Pet friendly which is appreciated since it is difficult to get a place of these characteristics in which they accept pets. A 100 out of 10!

The accommodation is in good condition and just as described on the page. The interaction with Mari was super friendly and pleasant... she helps you with anything. I loved the stay, it makes traveling very easy.

Apartment was as described, modern and spotlessly clean on arrival. Rooftop pool was fantastic and we often had it alĺ to ourselves. Large balcony in apartment which was lovely to sit on with a glass of wine during the evening and watch the sunset. The beach, local restaurants, bars and supermarkets are all within an easy 5 to 10 minute walk. Good communication from Caroline the owner and easy to get in touch with. Julie was very helpful during our stay and even let us in a few hours early and she was easy to get in touch with if we needed anything. We had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend this apartment. We will hopefully return next year.

It was wonderful staying here. All of our party walked away feeling relaxed, happy and content. Paula was super responsive and helpful when we had questions and we wish we’d stayed longer. Views are stunning, house beautiful and we can’t believe how lucky we were.

I recommend staying at this place. Feel at home, lovely clean pool . Lots of kitchen utensils and dishes, storage space. Very friendly host. In the morning it is nice to go out with a cup of coffee in the garden. The grounds are luxurious, paddle court, outdoor and indoor pool. We had a great vacation with the kids. I recommend renting a car, all attractions and the beach are 7-15 minutes by car. Shopping center and grocery stores 3-5 minutes.

Wonderful combination of being so close to the centre of Xabia/Javea - just a few steps away from one of a number of charming squares - while having a delightful small swimming pool for enjoyment on hot days. We loved the outdoor terraces along with the pizza oven while being able to wander in to town at any point as well. We used local buses but for drivers there is a useful garage. Five good bedrooms spread around the house which has been converted and improved with love and care. Check-in and check-out was through representatives of a local property company who were efficient and friendly.

We had a beautiful weekend. We brought our dog and was able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings surrounding the house. Lots of peace and quiet. Beautiful paths to tour, but the house has everything to enjoy staying there as well. We will definitely repeat sometime. Excellent treatment from both Juan and the hotel front desk. Breakfast is great. The projector is a ten, too bad it can't be used during the day (we were touched by cloudy and slightly ugly days). Super equipped but if they go with the idea of using the barbecue I recommend to bring board, blade as they do not have (we were able to use it anyway and enjoy it without any problem) Ideal place to disconnect and connect with nature. Amazing landscapes, to stay and live. Thanks again.

Great house near the beach. Erika was very helpful and accommodating. The house convinces with its location, design, several great terraces and comfort. Glad to come back!

Our stay in Javea has been incredible, mainly thanks to Inma, from the first moment he recommended places to visit, how to get to them and the best tricks about the area. A spectacular host. The apartment is just like the photos you share and has all the services you describe. Definitely if we have the opportunity to return we will choose it again. Cleaning 10/10.

Daniel and Alvaro were very good hosts. We enjoyed all the facilities during our stay. My children were always entertained with the sports facilities, the park and the beach across the avenue is a luxury! Thank you very much for all your attention. We'll be back!

I spent two weeks or so in the property and enjoyed it greatly! The apartment is fully equipped and very beautifully designed! The apartment is very clean and well maintained! It is located in a very organized and well taken care of plantation with amazing view to the hills around! There is a largepool and a very nice sitting area around it. The owners Simon and his wife are very kind, attentive !and welcoming! I can warmly recommend staying in this property

Excellent stay in the beautiful apartment. Apartment is extremely clean, lots of amenities & plenty of clean towels to use throughout the week. Lovely having the private outdoor space for our little one to roam around in safely. Warm, heated outdoor pool was great and the shallow children’s pool was a lovely temperature. We had a great stay, thank you!
