Chalet adosado distribuido en dos plantas de 40 metros cada una, un baño en cada planta, siendo la primera planta diáfana con salón y cocina americana, y la segunda con dos habitaciones, una de ellas de matrimonio y otra habitación con una litera de dos camas individuales. El sofá chaise Longue es convertible en cama de matrimonio. Privilegiada ubicación. Metro a 200 metros y cercanías en centro Coslada, muy buenas comunicaciones.

Aeropuerto muy cerca, IFEMA, Estadio del Atlético Madrid, CC Plenilunio. Parking privado, piscina en verano, parque para niños, canchas de pádel, restaurantes y supermercados muy cerca. Conserjería 24 horas, es un precioso piso en un barrio residencial y muy tranquilo, puedes llegar al centro en 30 minutos en metro o 20 minutos en coche.
