Apartment vacation rentals in Coshocton

This was our second time staying here and everything was great just like before. So it was familiar and we were more knowledgeable about the area and the places we wanted to visit. We were pleased that we got to meet Regina, and since we were celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary she gave us some very good suggestions about the best restaurants in the area. We enjoyed several delicious meals during our stay. My wife usually cooked our breakfast in the apartment since the kitchen is very well stocked with everything needed to cook. We also enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the Martins fly around while watching the beautiful sunsets. The king size bed is very comfortable and the shower is awesome! Located just a mile north of Sugar Creek, it’s very convenient and private. You’ll enjoy your stay here.

Matthew communicate very clearly and responded quickly and thoroughly when I had questions very thoughtful responses. The space is just as pictured and very comfortable. It was easy to find to close to Berlin and Walnut Creeks. Would stay again when we are in the area.

I had a great stay at the bike house. Private and natural setting that felt relaxed. I recommend a walk along the pond in the evening. Equally convenient to downtown and the countryside. The apartment accommodations is as advertised. Very quiet, comfortable with well thought out amenities. Bring your bikes.

I've stayed several times now for work at Genesis and it is about as close as it can get. I am there for work, not vacation so perhaps my review is not as descriptive, but - The kitchen is clean, and has everything you need for basic cooking. The bathroom and remainder of the apartment is clean, uncluttered. Air con/heat works well! Easy check-in and out, and quickly responsive the few times I've needed it. Laundry downstairs Easy parking just outside. Overall, very solid place to live/work in Zanesville.

This place was amazing, spotless and beautiful, location was perfect right in the center of the town with a gorgeous view of the courthouse right outside the window. We absolutely loved it and want to come back!

This place was a dream. Once I got there I nearly forgot the purpose of my visit and instead wanted to curl up and read a book, take a nap, and then have a few friends over for drinks and convo. It was just as it appeared and was described, quietly tucked off Broadway (the main drag in town) and yet steps away from anything you would want or need to do. I'd highly recommend the space, which was very spacious, had a great calm vibe - not over decorated. It was super clean, and the bed was heavenly. Looking forward to booking this one again so I can, I dunno, visit my alma mater or just hang out and write a screenplay. Yes, it's that inspiring! We had an amazing stay at Chris’s place! The apartment was clean, cozy, and perfectly located. Chris was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The area was quiet and safe, with great restaurants and shops within a few miles. We loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the scenery. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Amish Country. Thanks again, Chris, for making our trip so special! 😊

We just used it as a base, so didn't get the most out of it.

We go to Dark Star Jubilee in Thornville most years and typically camp at the venue. We didn’t have a dog sitter for the weekend so we needed a place we could bring our pup. This place worked out perfectly. It’s 15 min away. Super clean. Nice historic neighborhood. It’s really just one large room with a bathroom but it was perfect for our needs. Chris was flexible with our check in time which was much appreciated! We would definitely book again.

We loved our stay so much that we booked it again in a few months. This was a very nice place to stay and close to everything, all the shops, restaurants and we loved the short walk to the popcorn shop! It was quiet and it did not feel like we were in a basement unit. We have no complaints!! It was super clean and we enjoyed the separate living room space to watch a movie. The kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to fix something to eat. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the patio but did love that there was an outdoor space if you want to sit outside. Would definitely recommend. We would have stayed an extra night if it had been available 😜. Thank you Samantha for creating such a wonderful home away from home to unwind and relax in such a beautiful space.

This apartment was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Everything matched the online description and photos. Check-in went exactly as they described, very easy. I love how close it is to all of the wonderful shops in Millersburg, you can walk to everything. It's also just a short drive to Berlin. We love our stay here.

I really enjoyed my stay. The place met my expectations, was comfortable, and a relaxing place to return to after venturing out for the day. Small place but very nice and spotless. Quick response to questions and in a very nice and peaceful area. Was close to the biking trail, which was handy for us .

Very nice country setting with waterfront pond view. Very clean and comfortable cabin like unit. Great experience overall. Only negatives would be that only one tiny circlet of soap is provided, when 2 would be more adequate — for bathroom hand washing, and showering. Also the guest on the upper floor was banging things around, and dropping things on the floor around 7 AM, which is ridiculous. With that said, it is not the fault of the establishment’s ownership, as that is out of their control, unfortunately. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in our cottage. We were pleasantly surprised at how large the unit was. Very nice!!! It had everything we needed and the location was perfect for our plans.

The air bnb was pristine, clean peaceful and private. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows too! we will definitely stay there again!

We absolutely loved our one night.Stay in this cabin! Everything was perfect! very close proximity, to lots of shopping and dining. Jeff was very responsive with any question we had! the only negative was that the pool, sauna jacuzzi was in a fitness center 1.3 miles away, we had to leave the facility to get to, it was crowded with the screaming childre , and the sauna was out of order. by looking at the photos, it seemed that the pool was on site and communal. there was also no charcoal for the grill( not a huge deal.) all in all, I give this place 5 stars. It was a great weekend getaway, and we will be returning!

It was great! The only thing is we wasn’t real sure where the pool was. Other than that I highly recommend.
