Enjoying the estate is a privilege, with its paths, its vineyards, its chestnut trees—everything makes you feel like you’re in a special place. Ideal for families. You can enjoy the pool, sunbathe, play sports (the property covers 4 hectares), have a barbecue, and more. There are nearby beaches (Furnas, Areas Longas, etc.), as well as Atlantic beaches where you can enjoy water sports and take long walks. Near the property, there is a supermarket, a pharmacy, and typical village bars where you will feel welcome.

La casa está totalmente renovada y ofrece vistas impresionantes al mar en todo su esplendor, en especial los amaneceres. Dispone de 3 habitaciones, una de ellas con literas, cocina americana, sala, estudio para teletrabajo, 2 baños y patio exterior. Una casa completamente equipada con fibra y todas las comodidades. Un espacio realmente único para descansar y/o teletrabajar en las Rías Baixas.
