Very well located as a starting point for trips to Lisbon or the surrounding area. Buses and trains can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Also shops are in the immediate vicinity and in Rua Cândida dos Reis, which leads to the ferry port, there are some very nice restaurants/cafes. The place is very clean and very tastefully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need and don't necessarily want to take with you when traveling (iron/small ironing board, for example😅). John Nicolas is a very nice and helpful host who responds quickly to any questions that come up. The most beautiful addition for me in Almada - be sure to go to the River Garden at sunset and enjoy the great views of Lisbon, Ponte 25 de Abril and Cristo Rei.

Two days to visit Lisbon by taking the river shuttle to seixta 10mn from the apartment (crossing 20mn).... Visit alfama neighborhoods, seixta. Chiado... Tuk tuk tour of the city discovering many monuments with a super guide who speaks French English and English very well. Great knowledge of history... Tuktuk DOURO&TEJO too great.
