First off, let me start by saying that Iz is an incredible host. From the moment we arrived, he went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. He greeted us with a big smile and a cold drink, and took the time to show us around the property and explain all the amenities.what really sets Iz's Airbnb apart from the rest is the free excursions that are included with your stay. From snorkeling to fishing there's something for everyone. Iz is a wealth of knowledge about the area and is happy to share his tips and recommendations to help you make the most of your time on the island. And if you're looking to venture off the property, Iz has you covered there too. He provides access to golf carts, which are the perfect way to explore the island at your own pace. We took one out to Secret Beach and it was absolutely breathtaking., I do want to mention that the beach on the property itself isn't really usable due to the seagrass. But trust me, you won't even miss it.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset. The layout was perfect for my family. Loved the views and the peacefulness. Would definitely stay here again.

Jonathon’s place was exactly as pictured and described. We were steps from the pools, hit tub, and bar. Some days we didn’t even leave. We transited everywhere via a rented golf cart. A pickup dock for excursions is also close by. Do yourself a favor and book now! It was a great experience.

Jose is awesome - this spot was so close to plenty of things, very accessible if you booked a fishing trip or got groceries delivered. Loved Nala and Mia (the guard dogs!), and other guests were very pleasant. Jose has tons of recommendations, and golf carts to rent if you need them. Would visit again - San Pedro is awesome!

Once again we loved our stay at Sapphire. a previous review said that the shower was not hot, we had no problems with this. The resort was very quiet this time and the restaurant and tiki bar were often closed. It was nice to have a washing machine and drier which we used a couple of times. didn't have to bring so many clothes with us.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the pool. The condo is further north and we appreciated the peace and quiet away from the bustle of San Pedro. Our concierge offered lots of great recommendations and activities for our family. We would definitely stay again.

One of the most amazing stays of my life!! This place is like out of a relaxing dream as the name so fittingly describes:) Acxel and his team are amazing! The vibe is just what you want on a vacation; relaxed yet they are still very conscientious & professional. As a solo female traveler, they made me feel safe and at home. I even snorkeled for several hours by myself and always felt safe as their deck had everyone facing the reef so they could see where I was. I snorkeled day & night because the reef is unBelizeable haha! It is the perfect temperature and visibility; just teeming with interactive marine life! I can't say enough about how excellent this stay was and only wish I had heard about it sooner so that I could've stayed longer! Will definitely dream to be back one day! Had a great time at Emily and Ryan’s place. South of San Pedro town about 10 minutes. Great location for some peace and quiet at the end of the day but also about as far South as you want to go on the island. Very safe. We enjoyed the balcony in the mornings for sunsets. Emily’s recommendation for Someplace South Cafe was spot on. Hula bar is nearby and Island Wonder bar is just a few minutes away. If you are looking for an amazing dinner, Hidden Treasures is a few minutes away but it will cost you. If you are looking for grocery nearby, go to Home Tan. You will find everything you need or want. Zeke the on-sight host was very responsive and helpful the few times I reached out. Best of all was Emily’s recommendation for Capt Jody! We used him 2 days and we had an amazing time with him snorkeling, fishing, beach Bbq and Caye Caulker.

If you want to be at the heart of what’s happening in San Pedro this is the place. Restaurants all over, golf cart rentals a block away, coffee shop across the street, bars next door. Everything is walkable. I still recommend a golf cart so you wander around the island. The host Chefy was great he was always responsive helped coordinate supplies and was a very friendly guy without being intrusive. This is the spot if you want to be at the heart of nightlife. Keeping that in mind bring earplugs and a sleeping mask.

We enjoyed our stay at the La Perla Del Caribe. The listing and photos accurately described both the location and the accommodations. The staff was amazing. They were kind, helpful, responsive, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was exactly what we wanted. We wouldn't hesitate to return if our travels brought us to this beautiful island again in the future.

Villa Serenity offers the perfect blend of a private house and resort-like amenities. Upon booking, I was contacted by the concierge, Zoby, who went above and beyond to ensure our smooth arrival. Zoby arranged our airline tickets to the island, golf cart rental, and snorkeling tour before we even set foot on the island.Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly staff, and Zoby gave us a tour of the house and property. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. The well-appointed kitchen allowed us to cook several breakfasts and dinners effortlessly. The rooms were spaced apart nicely, providing each guest with ample privacy. The property was well maintained, and the entire time we were there, it remained quiet and serene. We had the pool to ourselves most days, but even when other families were present, the design of the pool ensured that everyone had enough space to enjoy themselves. Margo was an excellent host - immediately responsive and provided lots of useful information before we arrived as well as while we stayed with her. Her house is gorgeously decorated with everything you could need or want while there, and very clean. Kyron who works on site was wonderful as well - very friendly, and took us on a fun boat ride where he taught us a lot about the history of Sarteneja. And we loved Margo's dogs!! The pool and patio are superb and we spent many happy hours there!!! We learned after a few days that it was best for us to wear long pants, socks and shoes while watching sunset because we were particularly tasty to the no-see-ums on the beach. It had rained a few days before we arrived as well as while we were there, so I'm sure that was a contributing factor. The town was full of friendly people and a great place for some rest and relaxation. If you want to get off the beaten path while in Belize, there's no place better than to do it at Margo's!

Wow, what can we say? This was a 5 star spot for us: quiet, secluded, and in a prime fishing spot! We love the trek up north to get away from it all and didn’t mind the 20 min golf cart rides from the Let It Go to get to the Chat And Chill, In D Wild, or Sapphire for meals if we didn’t want to cook. We brought groceries with us from town and bbq’d often as well. If you love quiet and beautiful, this is the spot! The kayaks are a sweet treat! It’s clear the owners of this property have poured lots of consideration and effort in brining their dream fishing retreat to life. Serjio is an incredible host who cares so much about his role and guests. He met us on site, showed us around and even came back to check on us brining local cuisine (INCREDIBLE) to sample. Super responsive and helpful guy.

Michael and Shelley were amazing hosts. We have stayed at many BnB's but both Mike and Shelley and the property surpassed our expectations. We were provided with enough provisions when we arrived that we didn't have to immediately run out to shop. We have never seen this done before to this extent. The pool house is very special and we felt so at home. It is an oasis. They provided us with excellent information on restaurants and places to see. I would also have to mention that they have amazing, friendly staff who we enjoyed meeting as well. Edgar is a great guy and we enjoyed our talks with him. We feel they treated us like family and we now consider them to be as well. We will miss them and the property so much and would definitely stay there again but only for a longer stretch of time. Truly a wonderful experience with the best hosts ever... thank you!!!!

Great Airbnb. The place was nice and clean with everything we needed. It is part of a resort-like compound with convenient restaurants and a store a minute walk away.

When we first arrived, we had been in the jungle area of Cayo for several days. San Pedro felt hectic and busy - like the Brooklyn of Belize. But Capt. Robby’s place is magical. It’s just far enough from the hustle and bustle to really slow down and enjoy the gorgeous surroundings and what the island has to offer. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is utilitarian but so comfortable. We slept great every night in the darkened rooms. The rest of the time we were either outside on a boat tour with Thomas (we did two days of fishing and snorkeling, worth the trip alone), walking to the delicious and easy Tropical Escape restaurant, or watching the day unfold on the porch with their lovely dogs frolicking and the Caribbean Sea serving as a stunning backdrop. The family lives upstairs and were gracious and welcoming. There are there if needed, but not intrusive in any way. We plan to come back again and again. Rent a golf cart so you can get around - though you won’t want to leave.

The condo was lovely, and resort too! From checkin to checkout everything went smoothly and any time we needed anything, all we had to do was ask. Would stay here again!

Wow Wow WOW!!! Kathy and her team were AMAZING!!! We had a last minute trip change and they were able to accommodate us. The condo is perfect--it even had a separate work station. The pool was very inviting and what a VIEW!! They were able to turn a rocky start to our vacation into one of absolute joy and perfection. Thank you --we will be back!

This is a resort, it's location and staff are excellent. Cleaners came daily and refreshed linens, coffee, and washing machine pods. Condo itself needs some updating, but we spent so.much time on the pristine beach that it didn't matter. Really high tax on all food/drinks, so be warned! We used the dock as an excursion pick up and drop off point, that was great. Very slow and even unresponsive on the airbnb app for communication before arrival. So, this is a resort and you check in at the front desk and have to put a credit card on file before getting keys. Check your bill daily .

Great host, great stay! Mark was very helpful early one morning when I needed to find a place to move my family to because our flights home got messed up and we had stayed over in Belize, but we couldn’t remain in our original rental. He was very responsive. The apartment is lovely and pristine with plenty of space. Sunset Caribe is a fairly new addition to the Caribe condo community, which has two good restaurants, a small market, and a clinic. There are two very long pools and a big hot tub overlooking the bay. The pools were not crowded, the neighbors we met there were very friendly, and the poolside bar made excellent frozen cocktails. The neighborhood is great because there are several restaurants that are easy to walk to - no need to rent a golf cart unless you want to venture further. The staff was very professional and helpful. Construction continues on a new building but it was not disruptive. Would love to return someday.

I would highly recommend you stay here not only because it is in a great location and offers you the option of a private pool, but our hostess was amazing! She responded to all questions immediately. For example, the coffee pot quit working and by that afternoon a new one had been dropped off. We were also shocked and delighted that the housekeeper came in mid week to refresh our towels and she even made our beds. I will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this place! It’s away from the noisiness of the city on a very great location. The owner was really kind and helped us anything we needed. Great place, I highly recommend!

This place was such a great choice. It was private and hidden away from the main town of San Pedro, which we loved. It was nice coming back after a long day of activities to relax in a peaceful environment. The drive into town wasn’t far and it was close to a lot of good restaurants. The inside is exactly as shown in the pictures, it was very clean and cozy. It felt like home, and waking up to the beautiful ocean view was the best part. Our concierge Sandra was amazing she was very responsive and messaged me days before our arrival to introduce herself and let us know she was there to help arrange whatever we needed. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone going to San Pedro.
