How should I start... The place is located in the authentic side of Kea, the east side of the island. It was super peaceful and you have all the privacy you need, while being close to a tavern and a mini market. The garden outside, actually it's not just a garden, it's a huge piece of land, with many places to sit and relax, was so beautiful that we wanted to spend all our time there! At night, you could hear all the sounds of nature and look at the stars, while enjoying the amazing patio with a glass of wine! You need a car to go to the beach, but, that's the point! Be able to visit all the amazing beaches in the east side of the island, which are located between 10-20 minutes drive (a super normal distance for Kea). The house was very clean and it had all the amenities needed. The host was super responsive with a couple of requests we had. I strongly recommend this house and we will visit it again soon!

The location of the house is great. It is situated on the hill overlooking the vast sea. Easily accessible. The house is fully equipped with anything you need. It’s super clean and beautiful. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. During the daytime you can see many nearby island and during the night you can watch million of stars. Perfect place for relaxation. The host is very warm, welcoming and helpful. We totally enjoyed ourselves and definitely would love to come again.

The hosts are very welcoming, attentive and caring. We were surprised by the responsiveness of Marilou and Tassos and their involvement to ensure that our stay went smoothly. They will be there to help, if needed. The accommodation is impeccable, the decoration is halfway between tradition and modernity, the cleanliness is at the rendezvous and the furniture offers all the comforts to rest and enjoy the house. The house is located in the heights of Kea offering beautiful sea and sunset views. All the necessary conditions for a refreshing and relaxing holiday are there. There is a small village not far from the house and supermarkets. Many walks are also accessible with or without a vehicle. In short, great stay, beautiful place, dreamy cottage!

Totally recommended! I could come back anytime! Very responsive host! We had to change our dates and Kalliopi accepted it immediately without any concerns! We worked remotely and had flexible check-in and check-out!

It was a wonderful relaxing holiday, the apartment has everything you need for living and even more. We really enjoyed eating on the terrace, with a beautiful view of the citrus garden. The beach is very close to the property and we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious coffee on the beach. We are very grateful for the hospitality of the hosts, who tried to solve all our problems in a few minutes. Grace deserves a private cuddle 💓

Too bad it was cold and bad, it would have been wonderful if we could have enjoyed the beach 10 minutes walk and eat on the terrace of the accommodation. We didn't get lucky about the weather, but the place was good. The bed was comfortable, we appreciated the little touches from the host left on the table and everywhere. It was cold outside, but the beautiful view from this warm home comforted us when we returned from the excursions.

Incredible and spacious home away from home. Perfectly equipped, very private, quiet, with beautiful mountain views of the region. Perfect host, very responsive and kind. Quick and easy access to the best beaches of the Apollon coast and to Sounion. Will definitively come back!

Very responsive host. Helpful and friendly. The space was lovely. So bright and roomy and very clean. We loved the privacy and outdoor space. Definitely highly recommend.

Awasome location, big house (we stay with 2 families, 5 children the oldest at 9 years), clean and modern facilities, spend a lot of hours at the ca 20x5 m pool, had dinner at the "mezedopoleion" tavern of Theodoros, 5 min. car drive into the village, Theodoros manage for supply of fresh fish on pre order of 1 day or dishes like pastizio for the kids at reasonable prices, 5 min. car drive to the excellend beach of legraina 15 to poseidon temple. Easy internet success, cable tv (offered but not used) Recommendable at any times!

perfect for our needs. swimming pool definitely warmed up as the week went on with the gorgeous weather and we've now learnt to consider going later in the season to suit our needs better. but we cannot fault the pool facilities or host. very quiet and felt very safe for our young families. Great location and beautiful views but highly recommend car hire for shopping and day trips as nearest town is 15-20 minutes by car. highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Marios’ place. He was a great host—always responsive and helpful both before our arrival and throughout our stay. He was also incredibly flexible, kindly allowing us an early check-in and late checkout, which made our trip even more relaxing. The house itself was spacious, peaceful, and had everything we needed. Super comfortable and perfect for unwinding. It’s a remote location, which is exactly what we were looking for—no nearby restaurants or supermarkets, but that was by choice. Athens was just about an hour’s drive away, which made for a perfect day trip. We didn’t end up going to the nearby beaches, but the pool and direct ocean access were amazing—refreshing and private. Quiet nights, beautiful surroundings… exactly what we hoped for. Only small suggestion would be to improve the internet speed a bit—but other than that, it was perfect. Highly recommended!

Hello, the place met our expectations exactly. Fani was very helpful and always easily accessible. The view, pool and place are perfect for relaxing and unwinding. We were very pleased!

it was great! the villa was beautiful and the location was amazing. However getting to the airbnb was a little difficult unless you have a driver or a rental car. If you are relying on taxis or Uber then transportation was difficult

Property appeared exactly as pictured. Check in and put was easy. Super clean and new furniture.

It was easy to find, a small but very cute and clean house. It's great if you want to isolate and relax. We visited it in September so everything was idyllic! It has a very nice view and is very close to the port and the beach.

Such a perfect place for some peace and stillness. And some beautiful beaches a short drive away. I will never forget watching the sun come up every morning as if I was watching heaven unfold in front of me. The view is really something.

We stayed at this beautiful villa for two weeks. The location is really spectacular, far (but not too far) from the busiest area of the island, with a beautiful view of the bay of Psili from where you could also see the island of Andros. The villa is really nice, well furnished, with ample outdoor spaces where you can relax on special deck chairs and wall sofas with comfortable pillows. The rooms were spacious as well as the bathrooms, also nice the living area with the attached kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook. The priceless thing that made the vacation super relaxing, is the nearby beach that can be reached through a small path that takes about 5 minutes on foot. There is almost no one and therefore there is absolute peace of mind that you do not want to go in search of other beaches (still beautiful, but more crowded). This home is really a perfect place to have a peaceful holiday. The terrace and pool are extremely pleasant, we don't get tired of the view, and the sunsets! The house is large and very well equipped, everything was really perfect, I recommend it!!

We fully enjoyed our stay in Fotomari! The home was full of “Greek” charm! In particular, the views were breathtaking! We very much appreciated the pet-friendly policy! Our host was kind, responsive and helpful!

It's in a fantastic location on Otzias Bay with a great view. The kitchen is one of the best-equipped I've ever seen in an Airbnb house! It's clean and has lots of thoughtful extras. The only challenge is the many stairs up to the house, and the stairs to the bedroom on the top floor are difficult to navigate, so it's not a good choice for anyone with mobility issues. The host was very responsive, and we had a wonderful stay!
