The Maruja apartment is on the ground floor and is accessed from the main courtyard through a 15th century Mudejar arch. The original architecture and wooden coffered ceilings have been preserved, one of them a polychrome Mudejar coffered ceiling with paintings from the 15th century, which gives it great historical and artistic value. The apartment is a loft-style with the bedroom separated by a 15th century Mudejar arch without having included separation to the bedroom to respect it.
