Vacation rentals with breakfast in Cordillera Administrative Region

Raymond and his staff was hospitable and accommodating. He ensured we will be able to check in even it was really late. Staff was timid and quiet but nice. Early breakfast is served for free. We even asked to change on our 2nd day for preference and they agreed on the request with no additional cost. The place is good, clean, rustic feel but maintained. We mostly have the place on our own, which I noticed same to other hotel/resort in the area. With these places and their nice people, I think they deserve more tourists / visitors. Rooms are not sound proof so not recommended for honeymooners. LoL We get that weird look but harmless. Not sure if why so we stayed indoor most of the time and also because we are too tired going out to meet people around. Language Barrier is very minimal issue sometimes to staff but not a big deal. communicable at the least. Overall, I think I should stay longer and try all amenities sometimes. I will definitely recommend and come back.

It was a great experience we had in emma's place...rooms are exactly what u see in their post at the same time their garden is wide with nice big swimming pool at the back...we just lack of time to enjoy their pool area...surely i recommend this place...breakfast is also good same as their caretaker who are very approachable...

Highly Recommended! We had an amazing and relaxing stay at Red Oak Heights . Fonz was indeed a super host. He was so warm and friendly.The house was really clean and spacious. Even the care taker was so kind. This place is a home away from home. We are already planning of going back and will definitely book this place again.

We had a great stay at Ina's. Staffs are very friendly and their foods are also delicious! Lots of restaurants are walkable from their location. So quiet and peaceful at night, even in daylight. The only noise you'll probably hear is your breathing 😂. We'll definitely go back here!

Thank you for having us, we had an amazing stay! The bed is comfortable and airflow is excellent with the window/ door cross breeze. The dogs are so friendly and even joined us for a walk to the cloud cafe early in the morning. The walk to town proper is an easy 20 mins, but there are convenience stores closer that don't require walking all the way to town. Keep in mind walking around is normal here. There is also a nice restaurant only a 5 min walk away. Fresh drinking water is available, and we were greeted with a nice hot cup of coffee when we arrived. The wifi is best in the main house or upstairs in the common area of the guest house. Keep in mind that there is no cell service and spotty WiFi in the room.

The place is good when you need a break from city life and want to experience some nature. Sablan Benguet is a foggy place and quite scenery. The rooms are spacious and can accommodate family gatherings or Team Buildings. The house was really clean and the interior and furniture displays an old but elegant feeling to visitors. The hosts were really kind and hospitable. We really enjoyed our stay in the Benguet White House. For me it's a 10/10 place. I highly recommend it without thinking twice.

We had a great stay at JC's! Thank you to the staff for the warm welcome, even though we booked unexpectedly (at 2 PM, to be exact, since all the buses were fully booked that day). Still they accepted us, and we were all amazed at how spacious the place was! The setting was perfect, and we loved how peaceful the area is. The balcony offers a really nice view of Baguio, and we’d love to stay again! Also, thank you for printing out our bus tickets, so kind of you to do that, lol. Thank you, guys!

Ronabeth and her hubby were very courteous, accommodating and friendly. They were gery responsive, attentive, thoughtful, generous and caring as if you were family. We were welcomed with smiles and warmth that eased our tiredness from the long travel from manila. We advised ahead of time that we will be coming too early than schedule and with no second thoughts did she allow us to do an early check in. They were very generous with the free breakfast; we did not need to choose from the options as they made it a combo with matching turon on the side as a dessert. I tell you that you will get so much more than what you oay for. I can't think of a better place to stay at when I come back on my 7th visit and I'm excited. Thank you, Rona & JB. :)

The location is super convenient, just near town, making it easy to visit Baguio’s famous spots. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable. The room was clean and cozy, and the free breakfast with coffee was a great way to start the day. If you’re looking for a place that captures the true essence of Baguio’s traditional homey feel, this is definitely it! Can’t wait to be back!

I had difficulty finding the location but they were very helpful that they ask someone wait by the road to guide me to the house. I travelled alone and was touched that the host took the time to check on me once in a while. It felt like staying at home where everyone treated u like family. They even gave me a 2 way radio since i was staying in a different house and everyone was at the main house so i could communicate with them easily . Place was serene and peaceful, toiletries were provided. they made sure to ask what i needed before they retire for the night. every switch was labeled which made it very easy. Bed was comfy, toilet was really clean and aicron was working properly. Wifi is available. Breakfast was more than usual. i would definitely stay in the same place if need to go back again.

It's my first time to booked at AirBnB app and I may say that I am so lucky to have found Seven Haven because I felt like home as how they welcome me & my family. Very accomodating host and responsive. He even recommend us some places to visit and reassure us that we are having a wonderful stay. I will recommend this place for sure to my friends and family.

Had a great stay at JC' s place. Their place feels like home. Clean and perfect. The host and co-host were responsive to my inquiries. Walking distance on tourist's spots like Burnham Park. Our overall stay was really good. Will book once we get back to Baguio.

Joan’s place brought back memories of the old Baguio I grew up with. It features cozy bedrooms, a welcoming living room perfect for gathering, and a spacious backyard with stunning mountain views. The property is meticulously maintained, with professional and friendly staff ensuring a wonderful stay.

What a perfect spot to escape and be surrounded by nature. The place is stunning—thoughtfully designed architecture, beautiful interiors, and peaceful surroundings. But what really made our stay special was the warmth and care we felt. Breakfast on the veranda was a lovely surprise—delicious and beautifully plated. We were also welcomed home each time by Luna, the sweetest little Pomeranian. Manang took such great care of us—refilling water bottles, tidying the room, and making sure we had coffee and snacks. Even before we arrived, Beth made us feel at home through warm, thoughtful conversation. That continued throughout our stay. She, her husband Rex, and their family didn’t just host us—they welcomed us like old friends. It didn’t feel like just a getaway, but a genuine experience filled with heart. We left not only newly engaged but well-rested, and with full hearts and new friendships.

Great news guys, they already installed a bidet in the toilet! The place is great and legitimately a BnB with free breakfast. The place is very close to Camp John Hay. So if you have activities planned there, this is one of the best places to book nearby. Ana is very responsive and the Kuyas maintaining the place are very kind. We will definitely book this place again.
