Beautiful villa with good location.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located on a quiet residential street with only a 4-minute walk to the metro - which in just 12 minutes takes you to Copenhagen, 4-minute walk to shopping and Fields, 10-minute walk to scenic Amager Fælled. The villa has a nice garden with a pool and spa as well as a grill. If you want to experience Copenhagen and at the same time retreat to a quiet environment when the city has been explored, this is the right property. REMEMBER TO LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE BRINGING A CAR.

Fantastic newly built & modern houseboat on 2 floors. Upper floor: entrance and guest toilet. Large & bright kitchen & dining room that ends in a nice living room. From the living room, there is access to a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the unique view, morning, noon & evening sun. Take a dip or enjoy a trip on a paddleboard. Downstairs: 3 rooms: 1 bedroom with double bed & terrace. 1 children's bedroom with 1 single bed 90x200cm. 1 children's bedroom with single bed 80x200cm option for 160x200cm bed. Large nice bathroom.

Unique location, water view, 3 balconies and parking space

Relax in this unique and quiet home surrounded by water and with swimming opportunities just below. The 94 m2 apartment offers an entrance hall, large living room/kitchen, bathroom and large bedroom with double bed and workspace with screen. There are both east and west-facing balconies where views of water or green nature can be enjoyed. There is also a private parking space in the basement, elevator and the possibility of using a shared roof terrace. Harbor bus, bus, subway, shopping and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk.

The private terrace features a spa surrounded by planters and comfortable seating arrangements. Two umbrellas provide shade over the lounging area, while wooden decking creates a warm and inviting space for relaxation.

Penthouse (153 m2) with private roof terrace/outdoor shower + spa. Located close to the water, so you can swim in the sea, close to food shopping and public transport. It is possible to park 1 car for free in the basement. Companies, other guests and parties are not allowed in this apartment. Master bedroom bed 180x200 cm. Children's bedroom bed 90x200 cm (max 70 kg). There is a bunk bed, which means that the guest who sleeps in this bed must be at least 8 years old. 1 master bathroom with shower & 1 guest toilet.

Luxurious 168m2 family friendly apartment with beautiful Copenhagen view. 2 bath rooms and 2 balconies. Unique central placement: 15 min walk to the city town hall & to Tivoli. The harbour bus has a stop 5 min from the apartment, the metro station (Islands Brygge) is 10 min. walk away. You can swim in the harbour just outside the window and there is also a really nice beach also just 5 min walk away. Best possible area when visiting Copenhagen.
