Very clean comfortable 3/2 private home on a waterfront canal by Laguna Madre Bay. We follow the Airbnb’s 5-step enhanced cleaning process. We have Security Camera's and home Alarm system. Back yard is a hit with everyone, very relaxing. You can fish off the dock in the back yard or take the kayaks. Mustang Island beach is near by. We provide life jackets for the kayaks but we are not responsible for accidents. NO bottom fishing!! Bring your own poles, hooks, bobbers & bait. Pet Fee $30 per pet

On the Beach & Sunrise

This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. We have another house across the street to accommodate more guests up to 8 more, message me.

Private Coastal Retreat

This private guesthouse sits in the back of a two acre beautiful oak tree covered lot, less than 2 miles from water. Included is a private patio with a gas grill for outdoor entertainment. The location is 7 miles to Port Aransas beach ferry and 10 minutes to Rockport shopping and dining. This is a fishing, duck hunting and bird watching paradise! The boat ramp is five minutes from house. We have street and alley entrances with plenty of free, private parking for a vehicle, trailer and boat.

Cool cozy 1930s cottage with fully equipped kitchen plus large covered driveway for boat or jet skis and fenced backyard with 300 year old live oak tree. One block from multiple restaurants, bars, shops. Several harbors and boat launches very close. Great BBQ pit. Entire inside has just been renovated with new flooring, windows, window coverings and paint. Also a new refrigerator and sink.
