Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Cooper Landing

This house was a wonderful place to spend a ski vacation at Alyeska. The kitchen was very well furnished and thoughtful things like a bluetooth speaker, dual washer/dryer, and boot dryer were included. The house is also the perfect location for apres ski to enjoy the high end hot tub and barrel sauna. The ski resort is any easy 4 minute drive with plenty of parking. A fun twist on skiing, the resort does not open until 10am, so we enjoyed many relaxing mornings with several pots of coffee before heading out. The Girdwood famous Double Musky Inn restaurant(great for steaks and deserts) is an easy 10 minute walk. There is a recreation path on the mtn road, so you could even bike to the resort if you wanted to. Be sure to stock up on groceries in Anchorage before heading to Girdwood as the town is small and does not have a full sized grocery.

Love this little place. Lots of amenities, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the fish cleaning tent & outdoor freezer were impressive. Love the little fire pit outside as well. Everything was super clean and Megan is always super responsive. Thanks again for a great stay

Great place to stay! We enjoyed the feel of the house - felt right at home. It had everything we needed and it was conveniently located near all of the adventures we went on. The place lives up to its name - we saw five Bald Eagles flying around one evening and there is a nest that you can see not far from the front of the house. Ristine was a great host and we highly recommend if you are staying in Seward.

The unit was clean and well stocked for our short stay. It had a nice mountain view out the front and is nicely located in Girdwood and Aleyska. It was nice to have full size washer and dryer too. Clint was a great host, very accommodating and quick to respond. Thanks!

We loved this place, would absolutely stay again. It was so cozy, had all the amenities we could need, and loved all the special little extras it had to offer. I couldn't believe how quiet the neighborhood was either. Thank you for letting us stay and being a great host!

Simply put this is a fantastic place. The home is beautiful and a lot of thought has gone into the layout and amenities. The views out of the many picture style windows alone translate to 5 stars. The host is great - communicative and kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and absolutely would return if we ever have the chance to do so again.

We like this place so much we have stayed twice! We really appreciate the farm fresh eggs provided on arrival and the convenience of close access to the racetrack.

This place was exactly as described — clean, functional, and super comfortable. Everything worked perfectly, and it had all the essentials. One of the better Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, for sure. Would absolutely book again!

We enjoyed staying at Jacob’s. It was really cool walking onto the back porch and watching two young moose and their mom having an early morning walk.

Kesh's place is very nice and has everything you may need for a stay in Anchorage. The location is excellent! easy to get to the attractions. Kesh was very responsive and accommodating, and I would definitely stay again and recommend his place to others :)

We loved our stay at Carriage House! We felt surrounded by nature on a beautiful property, but a short walk across a nearby bridge got us into town within minutes!

Shirley was very responsive to our questions. Her directions to the house were very good and precise. The home was clean and well cared for. It is a small drive if you want to go out to eat. However, it was quiet and peaceful there with a good grill and a fire pit. It definitely met our needs.

Very clean apartment, comfortable beds! Appreciated the extra treats and waters, as well as having a washer and dryer. Apartment is in a good location for us when visiting family. Excellent communication with owner. (Of note, though, is that the shower water temperature can change very drastically at times). Otherwise very good stay!

Well located place to crash for the night, with a coffee shop and restaurants nearby.

Wonderful gem tucked right into the beautiful ski town of Girdwood! Even though we weren't skiing in September, the walkability to town, food and the brewery, was fabulous. There's even a neighborhood waterfall trail a short walk down the road. Jessica was an outstanding hostess and gave me so much great info before our trip when I inquired, along with instant responses during our stay when we had a few questions. The only thing that wasn't as advertised, was the jetted tub. It is indeed that type of tub but the jets don't work properly and only my left foot got a massage. But still a nice soak! I do highly recommend the Nordic spa at Alyeska Resort though for a day of pampered soaking right under the forest canopy. Epic! We heard the upstairs neighbor just a few times, but Jessica has a sound machine and extra earplugs in her bedroom and that was such a great touch that I haven't found anywhere else! Thanks Jessica, we hope to return again to your wonderful rental.

This was my first time staying at Jodi’s but it definitely won’t be our last! Great location near the heart of Girdwood and everything is in pretty minimal walking distance. Jodi was friendly, accommodating and the condo was spotless. HIGHLY recommend her spot!

Great studio apartment with great light/views, cool outdoor patio and essentials. Blackout curtains were perfect for long summer nights and the nearby train tracks are fun without being disruptive (the neighborhood is quiet). Very walkable to downtown—skipping a rental car and traffic was a huge plus.
