Vacation rentals with beach access in Cooper Jack Bay Settlement

Ocean Orchid was absolutely amazing. My family (wife, 4 y/o and 3 mos old), plus grandparents, stayed here for a full week. Nearby beach is super peaceful (like no one ever) and great for little kids. The backyard pool and sandpit was a big hit with our oldest, who just couldn't get enough of the table in the water and the big boat. Won't lie, I had fun watching the fish from the infinity pool. Karen was a wonderful host. Went above and beyond A+ hospitality. Upon arrival, there were some great snacks. She even went out and got us some super soft linens and an infant bath chair for our baby. All in all, would highly recommend staying here. Great location if you want to be away from the hussle and bussle, but still 15-20 minute to anything on the island, clean and always cool inside. Views were great from the decks (yes, two decks). If this is available during your travels, don't hesitate.

We had such a peaceful time here. Bright sunlit unit with ocean views and comfortable new looking fit out. Owner mentioned to us he had just put in a brand new AC and definitely appreciated how well it worked after some struggles with another unit. And Mike was so friendly and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful condo, we hope to visit again!

We would book here again! Overall, Nicole's lovely condo and the property as a whole exceeded our expectations. Everything was exactly as pictures and description. Extremely clean with everything we needed. Bonus was the heavy duty beach umbrella, which was needed with the strong winds. Quiet building, clean pools and clean hot tub. The property is very well cared for. Loved being on this level as we could just step off our balcony and be on the main deck or in the pool. Amazing view of the ocean from room. Good quality bed. Very safe area to walk to a couple of restaurants at Turtle Cove- Baci Restaurante was our fav. Sharkbites pub was nice for casual. Disappointed with Mango Reef - food and service not very good for the high price. Down on Grace Bay Beach our favs were The FARM, Somewhere Cafe, and Hemmingways. Neko was quick with responses to a couple of questions we had. Thank you Nicole and to Neko for his service. Rented car from Scooter Bob's = excellent company.

I had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful pool view studio near Turtle Cove, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly-check-in was incredibly easy, and I didn't encounter a single issue. The studio itself was pristine, well-appointed, and perfectly designed to make the most of the stunning pool view. Waking up to the serene sight of the water each morning was a treat in itself, The location was also ideal, offering close proximity to the natural beauty of Turtle Cove while maintaining a sense of peaceful seclusion. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I can't wait to return!

Steve place is just what we needed. Location is great. The pool right outside our room was a plus. The view is amazing. His place is clean and perfect for a couple or a solo trip. The beach is like a 2 min drive and 15 min walk. It felt like our own private beach. Steve also provided us with a cooler and beach chairs big plus. IF you book here Rent a car. It will save you a ton of money especially if you leave 2 to 3 times a day or want to really explore the island. It will pay for itself on day one. Its like $90 round trip with a taxi to most places. If your looking for Safe and clean then this your place. You dont want to spend all your time in the room with all the beautiful beaches on this island.

Extremely last minute stay and Anthony’s did not disappoint! Less than a 10 minute walk to Grace Bay Beach! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to enjoy Turks and Caicos. I will be back!

Gabe and Judy have outdone themselves in every single way! They were super nice and gave amazing recommendations to North and Middle Caicos. From the little touches in the room, having sunscreen, bug spray, all the main kitchen appliances, sand towels, beach towels, first aid kid, etc. The salt water pool with the cave was beautiful- you can even do a night dip! Love, love this home and their hospitality. Their dogs, Mouse and Lina are great protectors. Will 1000% come back again. Thank you for your creative touches and everything in between. See you soon!

Elesia place was very clean and looked even better than the pictures!! I love how her rental is stocked with towels, beach chairs, games etc. The location is perfect as it is right in grace bay, near crackpot kitchen. I had a rental car so the private gate and parking was perfect for me. Anytime I needed anything Elesia made sure to respond promptly, which I really appreciated. The only cons I would have was the ants (which are pretty normal in Turks) you just have to make sure you don’t leave any food out. Also, it was raining so there was a few frogs outside and about two managed to get inside. Regardless I would still stay here again!!

What a wonderful gem! The location is absolutely perfect! Description was spot on, a 1 minute walk to one of the prettiest beaches on the island! We are a family of 5 (3 kids age 8,9,12)…all the pool and beach toys and accommodations were perfect for a day at the beach (paddle board, wagon, chairs and umbrella)…there are a couple of beach bars and a restaurant at the other end of the beach, so you can walk down and grab drinks but walk back to the more private end of the beach. The house was great. Anything that popped up unexpectedly (example fire pit was out of propane) Amy was very quick to resolve. Kids all had their own space but we could cook and play game on the balconies as a family. Washer and dryer for laundry was used every day for kids stuff, which was very convenient. Plenty of beach towels for beach and pool days. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy TCI.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was described perfectly. We did rent a car but would have been completely fine without it. The property was extremely clean and we had everything that we could have needed. The patio was the perfect place to have dinner and hang out with the family in the evenings. Coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store, and the beach were a really quick walk. I would highly recommend this property for small families and/or a small group of friends. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome with her warm hospitality and thoughtful touches throughout the home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Katherine went above and beyond as a host—quick to respond, super accommodating, and genuinely kind. She clearly puts a lot of care into making sure her guests have a great experience, and it really shows. I can’t recommend her place enough. Just returned from eight days at Nina and Dale's beautiful home. From the time of booking throughout our stay, Nina and Dale were very responsive to all communications. The home is lovely, and the photos of the property are very accurate. It was easy to find from the hosts' detailed instructions, and we felt very safe there. The beds and pillows were comfortable; the air conditioning was cold; ample towels and toiletries are provided; and we particularly appreciated their reverse osmosis 5-gallon water cooler! We didn't use the pool, but we did enjoy the outdoor shower & spigot to rinse off before going in the house. The keypad for entry worked flawlessly, and the gate remote was very convenient. Several grocery stores are a few minutes' drive away, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking/grilling. Bight Reef/Coral Gardens was a few minutes walk, and the home is also very close to Grace Bay and Smith's Reef. Really an all positive experience. Thank you!

Do yourself a favor & book this place!! Spotless home with perfect AC units (I'm usually VERY picky with cleanliness), very WFH friendly (desk, chair, very good wifi, etc), and very safe location! I stayed here as a solo female traveler & never felt the need to even lock my door! Perfect place to stay long term, too - comes with everything you need, it's away from all of the resorts/noise (& fratty people). Incredible price, too! I will only come back to TCI if this home is available! I stargazed in the pool every single night. Jim & Maria are incredible hosts who were so helpful in every way. For example, I'm pretty sure Maria took the batteries out of her fire alarm to put into mine, so she suffered all night, but I didn't have to. They also lent me their paddleboard, gave me endless tips/tricks, & were so kind! Really made the island feel special. Thank you SO much for everything!

Sea la vie is a quiet and relaxing place. The unit is as advertised and super clean. The long bay beach is a few minutes walk from the property has beautiful sunrise, paddle board, kayaks, portable chairs and umbrella are complementary by sea la vie.Majid the Host was helpful to answer any question we had.

Very nice stay, Nicholette was very responsive and the check in was easy! Air conditioning in both bedrooms, very comfortable. Bathrooms were great as well, hot water, clean and comfortable. Beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were a plus!! Affordable and full kitchen. A+++ Would book again if we return, highly recommend!!

Excellent host and place to stay! A+ communication and accommodations. The paths to the beach might be a bit much due to the terrain for the first minute or two, but you can also drive and park your car right by the beach. The beach was spectacular and made our whole trip, unbelievable views!

I cannot express how WONDERFUL of a stay I had at Mariah’s place. Everything about it was just so perfect. I felt so safe the entire time with the 24hr security walking around, cameras, gated entry for vehicles. The place had two pools, a hot tub, and a great lounge area to relax in. Mariah’s unit had everything you could need and a wonderful patio area to relax in. I HIGHLY recommend Mariah’s place 💕

We had a fantastic stay! The location is excellent—just a few minutes' walk to a beautiful, quiet beach with TCI’s turquoise waters, plus shops for groceries, clothes, and gifts and several restaurants, including an excellent Italian spot. The complex is beautiful, with lush gardens and a gorgeous pool that we often had to ourselves. The unit was clean, well-decorated, and exceptionally well-equipped. The kitchen had every appliance and tool imaginable, along with items like tea, coffee, spices, condiments, paper towels, soap, and laundry detergent—far more than other guests we spoke to, who had none of these conveniences. We also had umbrellas and shelter for the beach, avoiding high rental fees, plus coolers and inflatables for the pool. We loved the ground-floor location, making it easy to wander in and out to the pool, and its peaceful spot at the end of the complex. In our opinion, it's the best unit in the complex. Amazing accommodation in a perfect location. Highly recommend!

I could not have asked for a more convenient and beautiful place to stay while on vacation. The property manager texted me before I even landed to assist with check in. Check in was a breeze. I rented a car and there was sufficient and safe parking. The property was well maintained and having a pool was a bonus. The local beach was about a 15 minute walk and a 3 minute drive and Grace Bay was 10 minutes by car. I had an issue with the TV, which turned out to be an error on my end, and the property manager came in person to help me fix it and the owner, Pamela, called and left me a message later that night to ensure that the issue was remediated. I would not hesitate to recommend staying at Pamela and Paul's property. As a solo traveler, I value safety, comfort, cleanliness, and convenience and I have zero complaints.

We had a wonderful stay at Queen Angel Resort, thanks in no small part to our fantastic host, Nico. From the start, Nico was very friendly and responsive, providing a wealth of useful information. Our unit, Bliss 101, was a real gem, offering the convenience of first-floor access without sacrificing the great views. We loved the spaciousness and how well-appointed the unit was, and especially enjoyed relaxing on the porch with its constant, pleasant breeze. The beautiful grounds of the resort also offered lovely walks and photo opportunities. We would absolutely stay there again.

Loved the stay! Easy walk to Shark Bite and Hideaway Cafe. Beach is an easy walk and all the beaches are close drive. Big balcony! Comfortable furniture. Helpful amenities. I cannot hear neighbors. Two pools are great and very close to room. Would stay again.

We stayed at Matt & Erin’s for our 10th wedding anniversary and it was amazing! Definitely off the beaten path and remote and peaceful. Their recommendations for excursions, restaurants, and things to do around the island were superb! We loved being able to walk out of the condo straight to the beach and enjoy morning coffee during sunrise! There is some seaweed along the beach but they thoroughly explain that it is for the overall health of the marine/sea life. There are areas not far down the beach that had little to no seaweed. We absolutely loved our time here and will hopefully be back soon!!

This place is perfect for exploring Turks and Caicos! The location was great & in walking distance of multiple restaurants, coffee, and even the beach. You can rent snorkel gear about a half mile down the road and even walk to Smith's Reef to snorkel. I really appreciated the binder of information, recommendations, and maps too. Thanks for a great stay!
