BEAUTIFUL PROPRIETY 10 MIN FAR FROM THE AIRPORT

The propriety is our family holiday paradise.The ancient Dammuso have almost one hectare of garden. Jasmine, almond, bougainvillea, fruits threes and century-old olive trees. The housing units are built on different level.The main part has a living room,a big kitchen giving on outside patio and a terrace, a large bedroom, a bathroom with a shower room. This building has also an heating system that work very well in winter. Two adding independent entry bedrooms are connected with the main unit.

A dammuso overlooking the sea, a morning dip followed by breakfast on the terrace, an aperitif at sunset overlooking the African coast, and at night sleeping to the sound of the waves. Here's the ideal solution for a dream vacation. Facing west, a stone's throw from the sea and the marina of Scauri, with incredible views of the island's spectacular sunsets, it also has access to the large exotic garden that collects dozens of specimens of rare beauty.
