Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

Loved the place. We spent almost two months in this Airbnb. The apartment is simply one of the best Airbnbs you can get in Buenos Aires. The location is perfect, the area is very safe, and walking distance to centro, Puerto madero and many local spots. The apartment is very spacious (way more than what it looks in the pictures). The host was very kind and friendly but also we had all the privacy we wanted. Thanks Pablo!

The apartment is super complete, ideal for a few days. He leaves you several things so you don't spend money on nonsense. El Sofa Bed re Comfortable, the shower excellent. One block from Subte station E. I would definitely go back to hosting alli. He let us in early in the morning when he was ready. The only annoying thing is the noise from the street. It doesn't bother me for a few days. If you close everything, you hear less. But it's normal, having the window facing the avenue.

It is exactly like in photos and description. House, sheets etc were clean, check-in was flexible and easy. Hot indoor pool is pretty relaxing. Recommended.

If you are not too troubled by the 24/7 traffic coming from the motorway just outside the building, then this is the perfect flat as it is modern, new, with underfloor heating and it is very beautiful! The hosts are incredibly kind, responsive and caring and have made my stay very pleasant. It is a walkable 15 mins from San Telmo and the underground is literally outside the door which makes it easy to go anywhere.

I really liked the apartment! Big, bright, comfortable! There is everything you need! Grisel showed us everything, where and what is, the location is super! This is the heart of San Telmo! I really liked it! Lots of board games for children, we played chess every evening! We will definitely come back!

Very nice apartment, although I thought it was bigger, the facilities exceeded my expectations. The terrace has very nice views.
