The house is a traditional Normandy longhouse, made of granite, wood and tile. There are 185 square meters of indoor space. The farmhouse has been sensitively restored using traditional materials. La Pichardiere sits in the heart of the Normandy countryside far away from busy traffic in a secluded two acre garden set in a corner of a regional park (equivalent to a National Park in UK) -- It is a place to escape from city life! I love its peacefulness and the presence of the natural world.

In the heart of the Normandy countryside, in a peaceful green setting, you will be seduced by the charm of this atypical cottage in pure Shabby style, built entirely of wood, located 10 minutes from all shops, Villers Bocage charming small town, and access to the A84 highway. 30 minutes from Bayeux and the landing beaches, the Souleuvre Viaduct for bungee jumping and Suisse Normande with Clécy, canoeing and climbing. An hour from Mont-Saint-Michel and Deauville, must-sees.

At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with limited mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large 3000 m2 lot. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to Canon Castle 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Quiet, warm, conveniently located cottage

Between Clécy and Pont d'Ouilly, a quiet and warm cottage, you will be lulled by the lapping of the river passing below the garden for a relaxing or sporty stay. Ideally located for outdoor activities, you will find nearby hiking/mountain biking trails, water sports (canoeing, pedal boating), paragliding, horseback riding and catering. You will also be close to the "La Roche d'Oëtre" site, one of the most beautiful hiking spots in Normandy Switzerland.

the small country house is a new and warm house without any overlooking, completely independent (small fully enclosed garden, terrace and private parking). it is located at the end of a small wooded path. the environment is very quiet and relaxing. close to Suisse Normande, this hilly place is ideal for walks in the countryside, in the forest (Grimboscq forest 3 km away) or along the Orne, whether on foot or by bike.
